Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Konavle

A break of tranquility and authenticity both far from the hustle and bustle of the coast and so close to everything! A big thank you to Ana and Marko for allowing us to share their family home so welcoming, functional, comfortable and impeccable . Thank you so much for their availability and generosity! We were very spoiled!

The holiday at Gordana's house was wonderful and amaizing. We felt like home, a real quiet place to rest from the noise of the city. She recomendated some places of perfec and nice beaches where we could enjoy the sea, the sun and great food. A very warm person. Thank you Gordana🌻❤️

The place is possibly even downplayed on Airbnb. So many bathrooms, showers - an incredibly clean pool and jacuzzi and local contacts who are super helpful. Paulino who we dealt with was on hand and speedy with replies throughout the trip. Overall a lovely space, well worth the costs. Cars into the capital do work out quite expensive but we were a big group so it was understandable.

Thank you to Marina and Marko for an unforgettable stay at your beautiful home. Right from enquiring about the Villa, Marina was quick to respond and extremely informative. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the villa and shown around by Marko, they had very kindly left us a fruit platter, biscuits and some beers. The Villa is beautiful inside and out and the air conditioning is extremely welcomed in the heat. The Villa is only a 5 minute drive to Cavtat (which we thought was amazing). We had a car for a couple of days but found we didn’t really need it as an Uber was only around 40kuna each way, and meant we didn’t have to worry about parking in the town. There is a lovely little bakery less than a 5 minute walk and a small supermarket about a 2 minute walk so we had everything available that we could need. If you want a nice relaxed holiday with the friendliest hosts, then this villa is a must. Thank you again

Marina was fantastic- she was so kind, always quick to respond to our questions and extremely friendly- although we stayed in their home, Marina was never intrusive. We had a fantastic week!

We arrived at 6. 3 adults and 3 children. Everyone felt comfortable there from the beginning. The landlady was very nice and took care of everything. She was always available for questions and gave good tips. The pool was warm, very well maintained and clean. The kids had their most fun. Kitchen equipment really good , everything well maintained and clean. We had a great time and will be back. Ok because there were always negative reviews here because of the early cleaning of the pool and the early check out. So I didn't hear anyone in the morning. The landlady was very quiet, the pool clean, the barbecue tidy and ashes away, what more could you ask for. Check out at 10am is normal. In the hotel I also have to leave the room at 10 o'clock. When guests come back in the afternoon, 4 hours is nothing to clean the house , the two floors.

We had a fantastic stay! On walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik. Old town is super easy to get to with an Uber. Appartment had everything to wish for.

Mihaela's apartment was the perfect place to stay during our short visit to Dubrovnik. The apartment was spotless on arrival and Mihaela very kindly greeted us in person and provided some lovely treats. It was one of the most well equipped airbnbs we have ever stayed in. She was on hand for queries throughout the stay and responded very quickly. The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to a large supermarket (5min walk) and also some nice restaurants, while at the same time being very quiet. Tourist locations like Dubrovnik and Cavtat are within a 20min taxi journey and are also easily accessible by bus, and you are also a 10 minute walk away from a lovely beach. If you are visiting Dubrovnik, this is the perfect place to stay!

We stayed at the house for 2 nights. The place is very spacious and well kitted out with tv, kitchen appliances, towels, beds, etc. very comfortable. The location is also quite nice as we have a supermarket within 2 mins walk and restaurants, bars within 5 min walk. Taxi to old town was approx 5.5 EUR, so also very convenient. Bus stop is also nearby. The host was also responsive and allowed us to check out a bit later. Overall great place and recommend this.

My stay in Dubrovnik was exceptional! The property was immaculate, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the cruise ship dock and mountains. The quiet neighborhood and convenient access to the bus and grocery store made exploring easy. , Mateo the host, was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The old city was a short bus or taxi ride away, and the local restaurants were fantastic. I highly recommend this property for a peaceful and beautiful Dubrovnik experience!

Great apartment with breathtaking view, has everything you might need and it’s in a walking distance to Old Town. I’ll definitely come back.

The apartment is clean and cozy. It has a nice balcony that overlook the sea view. The host is very responsive to our need. She has also helped to provide good recommendations to great places to eat. The location is good; take about 30 minute walk to old town. Only that walking to the old town is downhill and hence walking back can be challenging. For those renting car to drive, this apartment is great as it has a private garage for the car.

Accommodation located in a peaceful and quiet area 15 min by bus from the old town. With a magnificent river view. Anka is proactive and very accommodating. Her instructions on the different means of travel and for visiting the old town and the island of lukrum were very clear. I recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tereza. Vinka was fantastic who was there to meet us at our arrival and show us round the villa. She was able to answer any questions we had and helped straight away with any issues. The villa was immaculate and went above expectation. The grounds were beatiful where we could relax with a morning coffee and every night. The location was perfect for travelling into Cavtat and Dubrovnik and even though it was opposite the airport you would never have known and wasn’t a problem atall. All amenities were provided at the villa and housekeeping were brilliant! We cannot rate Villa Tereza highly enough, we were extremely sad to leave.

This place is like a fairy tale. Every detail was made with thoughts. we stayed for 3 days and this is place to relax and enjoy yourself. we had a barbecue the last day, but you can also have a magical dich at the restaurant. in the garden you could find two turtle families. and the surroundings are stunning. there will be nothing else you could ask for. we loved it

Nino was a great host. Good communication before, during checkin and throughout our stay. The villa is wonderful. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and provided hours of fun for everyone. The mountain view from the villa is beautiful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing stay at Nena's wonderful house. Everything was easy to arrange and Nena was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble, and we had a lovely holiday. The house is beautiful, you won't be disappointed, the swimming pool, everything is perfect. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stayed in the Villa, specially with our 3 kids (8yrs, 6 yes and 3 yes old). The Villa is situated in a very calm, peaceful area. The Villa is very clean and complete (Pool, Jaccuzzi, seperated playroom- poolhouse billard/kicker/Sauna, salle football/basketball court), there is a kitchenette in the poolhouse with BBQ, seperated toilet. We rented a car to be able to reach the beautiful places to visit like Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Ston. We also went to Sokol Grad which we are thankful to our host who recommended us to go. We definitely recommend the Villa Matteo for family! Thanks again to our host

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the villa at the end of August. When booking Ivana was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries and although we arrived quite late at Dubrovnik airport, her husband Maro kindly met us, and showed us around the villa, which they had thoughtfully stocked with some groceries for our first night. The villa itself was spacious, clean and very well equipped in the kitchen, with aircon throughout and a smart TV in the lounge. The pool was lovely especially as the weather was so hot. It is a tranquil place in the hills but also close enough to easily visit Cavtat, Dubrovnik, and the quieter local beaches. Really, everything you could want for a family holiday. We would happily return :)

My review can only echo all the other 5 star reviews for this property. Bozo and his family are wonderful, superb hosts who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable for all the right reasons! Our flight was delayed and we arrived late evening to a warm welcome, a fridge full of food, homegrown fruit and vegetables and a table laden with cheese, meats, bread and wine. Exactly what we needed. The property has been lovingly restored and is stylish, immaculately clean and complete with all that you need for a stress free holiday. Bozo and his family live next to the property, are happy to help if needed but are in no way intrusive of their guests. They brought homemade treats for us during our stay, allowed us to purchase local wines from their wine cellar and cooked us a fabulous meal on our last evening. We have stayed in some very good Airbnb properties over the years but Bozo and his family’s care and attention to their guests puts them on another level.
