We had a fantastic weeks holiday at such a wonderful villa. Emilio was so helpful even before we flew out to Croatia. Emilio made our stay so welcoming and gave us loads of ideas of things to do and local restaurants. The villa was so lovely, with a wonderful pool. A great experience all thanks to Emilio's hospitality.

Having just returned from a special family holiday with my 83 year old dad we were delighted with the accommodation. Anita and her husband were extremely welcoming and hospitable, they were there to greet us when we arrived. The villa is in a fantastic location which was very private and offered flexible accommodation to suit our various family needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool which is a great size, extremely clean and totally private. Anita gave us some excellent recommendations on what to do in the area and had done a shop for us on our arrival which was very welcome. All in all a very successful holiday!

Milko's house is really nice, in a quiet place. The garden and swimming pool are really nice. And of course Milko's pizzas are amazing! We loved our stay!

Zeljko and his wife are very welcoming and great hosts. They offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport as we had opted not to hire a car for our stay. Our trip was all about relaxation and that is exactly what we found here at the villa and in Molunat. The views from the terrace are incredible. The highlight of the villa is it's Jacuzzi on the terrace which is perfect for an evening soak and a glass of wine. Location-wise you are about a 2 minute walk from a small supermarket which stocks most essentials. About a 10 minute walk around the bay is Lancana, currently the village's only restaurant. But the menu is great, staff are very friendly and you can easily go every night! There is also a small establishment called Odgusta which does great fast food like burgers and pizzas. Border with Montenegro is a short distance by car and day trips to Dubrovnik are also easily done (around an hour). Thoroughly enjoyable stay and a must-book for someone who just wants to relax.

Hrvoje was an excellent host. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beautiful roof terrace and second terrace with a pool was a highlight of our holiday. Booking and checking in was easy. Hrvoje even arranged our airport taxi and was waiting to meet us at the apartment. We arrived early and Hrvoje was very flexible in letting us check in. The apartment was spotless and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had lots of hot water. The outside areas were beautiful and we spent many hours enjoying the sun and sunsets from the roof terrace. Hrvoje was always available for advice and even arranged a tour of the area for us that suited my 8 year old nephew and 78 year old mother. Overall, a great Airbnb and I would definitely recommend.

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The house was exactly as in the photos, perfectly clean, lots of space and with a beautiful pool. There was everything we needed in the well - equipped kitchen, as well as lots of towels and any extras anyone could need. The host greeted us on arrival and had some beautiful homegrown vegetables and provisions ready for us in the fridge which were much appreciated after travel. The airport is very close by but planes were not frequent and did not fly overhead so did not bother us at all. The property is so close to the beautiful town of Cavtat, and also within walking distance of the small shop and cafe in the village of Cilipi. We would highly recommend this property.

It was the owners who met us on arrival. Nena and her husband were just wonderful. Meeting us with a basket of food on arrival, and fresh oranges and lemons picked from their gardens. They couldn’t have been more helpful, in arranging a taxi and fresh fish to be delivered by a local fisherman. Our stay exceeded all expectations!! We will be back.

- super nice hosts. The house is a little clairvoyant. The parking in front of the house is perfect by the narrow streets. And the bus stop is only 300 m away, so you can leave the car and drive from there for €4 to Dubrovnik. The sunset on the small balcony is unbeatable.

So honoured to be the first guests at this fully renovated top floor apartment. The furniture, lightings, bathroom fittings, floor tiles, wall paint, household appliances, crockery and cutlery etc. Everything, including the smell, are brand new! But the first thing that caught our eyes is the balcony, overlooking Cavtat bay and the hills in the backdrop. 5am sunrise rewards us with the morning tranquil water and surroundings, with the air so clear till we can even see Dubrovnik old town. Beautiful sunset view too, though it will be better to take a five minute short walk down to the bay to indulge in the evening sun especially during the month of May and June. Do note that it will take a little more effort on the way back to the apartment. There is a convenient store a short distance away if one feels too lazy to walk down and up the hill. Our host Ana is so welcoming and friendly. She knows the place well, be it restaurant recommendations or places to visit. Thank you once again Ana!

We were very pleased about the beautiful house and our dear hostess Ana. The house is very idyllically located in a quiet neighborhood. A very nice terrace covered with plants, nice to eat outside. Ana was very nice, welcomed us warmly and we felt comfortable in the house. It was very helpful for us that both bedrooms each had a small bathroom with shower, so we could shower in parallel. On the ground floor with kitchen-living area there was air conditioning as well as in the attic where the room with the two individual beds was located. On the 1st floor in the bedroom there was a fan and a window on both sides each.

We stayed as a family of four for a week, and it was the perfect base to explore the area. The house was spotlessly clean, just a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants, and had plenty of thoughtful touches throughout. Both the house and the garden were exactly as described. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return! Marijana and her husband were helpful and friendly throughout the booking process and our stay — offering great recommendations and even leaving us some lovely food and drinks on arrival.

This place is wonderful and Mika is a great host! Not only did he respond promptly to inquiries, he always did everything he could to help. When asked where you could get a children's diving goggles in Molunat, Miho brought one. He also got us medicine from the pharmacy and a new umbrella on the same day when it broke. Incredible! The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and un lies even more beautiful than in the photos. If you like it quiet, this detached cottage surrounded by trees without direct neighbors will love it. The most beautiful place in Molunat :-)! Thank you Miho, from Mandy, Milena, Billy and Mika

Tanja was really very responsive and provided us with all the directions for a self check-in. One-night stopover before flying! The place was perfect, clean, and comfortable. In addition, it is conveniently located between the airport and the beach (within walking distance of 25 min). I recommend

My wife and I absolutely adored our stay. Lovely location ideally located a short journey from the airport and very close to the harbour’s wonderful bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was lovely comfortable and that view from the balcony was worth the trip alone.

Spent 6 lovely nights here. The place is out of the way of tourists which was great. Very peaceful and private. You have your own place to swim and sunbathe. Marijana was very welcoming and always there to answer any questions I had. Swimming in the sea was absolutely stunning, lots of fish great for snorkelling and free diving. Only downside was that I didn’t book for longer! Thanks again Marijana :)

The holiday at Gordana's house was wonderful and amaizing. We felt like home, a real quiet place to rest from the noise of the city. She recomendated some places of perfec and nice beaches where we could enjoy the sea, the sun and great food. A very warm person. Thank you Gordana🌻❤️

Great Host , great house great view. Thomas helped us from the beginning to organise our holiday and his suggestions were really helpful. A beautiful house with an extraordinary terrace with view on Cavtat sea . It seemed to touch it, and the moon and stars at night were fantastic. We had amazing dinners and breakfasts. We didn’t have cars but we could easily move by bus and taxi . Cavtat is a typical sea village very nice and quiet only 20 minutes by bus far from Dubrovnik

Very nice and brand new apartment! Very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful surroundings. Sea views. High climb to the store and many stairs to the sea but all worth it!

Loved our stay in Pero’s beautiful house. It is in a perfect location above the main promenade in Cavtat. Pero is also an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable at Made's place. The apartment is like the photos. Everything is available to take care of yourself. Made and her mother were very accommodating and helpful. Communication was flawless. Made gave us great tips for things to do, restaurants, etc. Mades mother also speaks understandable German, which has led to nice conversations with her. We really enjoyed it. We were always asked about our well-being. There are two other apartments in the house, but we had little contact with them. So it was very private. The property has a small garden where you can barbecue during the day. He also has a magnificent view of the sea. Thank you for a great time with us!

This is a wonderful home which had everything we needed. Ivona was extremely responsive and the instructions for finding the house were spot on. The courtyard is beautiful and extremely peaceful away from the bustle of Cavtat. Thank you!

What an incredible find! Marina was the most wonderful host and we had such a special time in Cavtat. The location could not be any better near beautiful beaches and lovely restaurant. So calm and relaxing, and perfect for us with two young children. The house itself had everything for cooking at home and a lovely garden with pet turtles which our daughter enjoyed. Thanks so much - we will be back!

We arrived at 6. 3 adults and 3 children. Everyone felt comfortable there from the beginning. The landlady was very nice and took care of everything. She was always available for questions and gave good tips. The pool was warm, very well maintained and clean. The kids had their most fun. Kitchen equipment really good , everything well maintained and clean. We had a great time and will be back. Ok because there were always negative reviews here because of the early cleaning of the pool and the early check out. So I didn't hear anyone in the morning. The landlady was very quiet, the pool clean, the barbecue tidy and ashes away, what more could you ask for. Check out at 10am is normal. In the hotel I also have to leave the room at 10 o'clock. When guests come back in the afternoon, 4 hours is nothing to clean the house , the two floors.
