Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Konavle

The view was amazing! We went swimming and took a long walk around the beautiful cape. Andrea's mother was very helpful and gave us many good tips about attractions and restaurants in the area.

We had a great time, very quiet place, clean and pleasant accommodation. Molunat is beautiful. Thanks to Zeljko for his lovely welcome. Recommended.

Great Host , great house great view. Thomas helped us from the beginning to organise our holiday and his suggestions were really helpful. A beautiful house with an extraordinary terrace with view on Cavtat sea . It seemed to touch it, and the moon and stars at night were fantastic. We had amazing dinners and breakfasts. We didn’t have cars but we could easily move by bus and taxi . Cavtat is a typical sea village very nice and quiet only 20 minutes by bus far from Dubrovnik

The place is possibly even downplayed on Airbnb. So many bathrooms, showers - an incredibly clean pool and jacuzzi and local contacts who are super helpful. Paulino who we dealt with was on hand and speedy with replies throughout the trip. Overall a lovely space, well worth the costs. Cars into the capital do work out quite expensive but we were a big group so it was understandable.

Vesela was the most welcoming host, meeting me at the property and showing me around. The space is beautiful with high quality furnishings and equipment set in a beautiful location with an amazing view. The house had everything you needed and Vesela even filled the fridge with some supplies to keep you going for days. All the areas of the house were well thought out and extremely enjoyable. The pool was very refreshing on hot days. Beautiful trails in the forest and you can even walk to the local village of Cilipi where there is a museum, church, traditional dancing on a Sunday, shop, cafes and some restaurants (but do check the opening times) Highly recommend this first class accommodation and will definitely be one I would return to. What a find! A lot of space in and outside. Lovely rural setting. Great to watch the sunset from the hot tub, overlooking the area. The "best" beach is amazing, Antun's tips were much appreciated. good parking and facilities. A beautiful private patio/balcony with hot tub, seating and loungers and also you are allowed to use the shared garden with lots more seating, pool and summer kitchen. Thank you. Definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tereza. Vinka was fantastic who was there to meet us at our arrival and show us round the villa. She was able to answer any questions we had and helped straight away with any issues. The villa was immaculate and went above expectation. The grounds were beatiful where we could relax with a morning coffee and every night. The location was perfect for travelling into Cavtat and Dubrovnik and even though it was opposite the airport you would never have known and wasn’t a problem atall. All amenities were provided at the villa and housekeeping were brilliant! We cannot rate Villa Tereza highly enough, we were extremely sad to leave.

We are just back from the best week at Nikoleta’s villa in the sun! From beginning to end our holiday was perfect! The villa was exactly as described, a real hidden gem in the outskirts of Cavtat & Dubrovnik! We especially loved the pool area, the balcony and the winery! Location is in beautiful rural surroundings, so a rented car would be recommended; or the hosts can organise transport very easily. Nikoleta and her husband were so kind and friendly! Nothing seemed too much trouble, they even organised groceries for us and left us a basket of delicious home grown figs! The fridge was also stocked with some essentials and more! Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts for helping us to make a family holiday to remember!

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

Great place. All the comforts advertised are there and more. Easy check in and good communication. Storm blew out part of the power and they came to help in 10 minutes after we found out. Would definitely stay here again.

Nino was a great host. Good communication before, during checkin and throughout our stay. The villa is wonderful. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and provided hours of fun for everyone. The mountain view from the villa is beautiful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time.

Anita's place is amazing for a group of friends or family. The villa is split up into 3 parts, each having their own kitchen, bathroom and chilling space. In short, a very clean villa, lots of space, amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi. Anita took good care of us, we were brought a fresh watermelon and juices on the hottest day in Dubrovnik.

Stunning sea views and starry nights! The house is very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. There are lots of great things about this property. Two of the best for us were the outdoor kitchen and proximity to the water. There are two beaches that are a short walk away. We spent most days splashing around in the sea and pool. The kids really enjoyed snorkelling around the rocks in the bay. On one of the days we kayaked to a nearby island and spent the day there. Antonia, Božo and Antun were always helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely stunning villa, the garden is just so pretty with plenty of seating and loungers to relax on. The pool is lovely and clean, though a little chilly still at Easter! The views are stunning over trees and out to the sea. Inside, the villa is modern and spotlessly clean. Marina and her husband were wonderful hosts, and easy to get hold of, even offering to drive us to the doctors when my daughter was ill. We had a great time exploring the area, from the villa, you can just follow the road though the allotments to join lovely walking routes, and of course day trips out to Dubrovnik and nearby Montenegro. Really enjoyed our stay and can whole heartedly recommend Sunny Villa.
