Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Konavle

Would definitely recommend. Uncomplicated & spontaneous and it's just 2 minutes from the beach.

It was the owners who met us on arrival. Nena and her husband were just wonderful. Meeting us with a basket of food on arrival, and fresh oranges and lemons picked from their gardens. They couldn’t have been more helpful, in arranging a taxi and fresh fish to be delivered by a local fisherman. Our stay exceeded all expectations!! We will be back.

Super villa in a great location - easy access to Dubrovnik and local beaches. Little supermarkets just minutes away, and wonderfully helpful pool guy just around the corner who also does fab pizzas! Spacious gardens and big pool - highly recommend!

We had a great stay, and had everything we needed. Host was there if needed. Home is in a beautiful place, you need a car to get there as its a bit of a distance to get to nearest shops. We really enjoyed our stay

Nice house and a gorgeous, beautiful garden. The pool was as it should be, clean and good temperature. For our kids (7 years and older) this was a perfect place. There was some household stuff, like dish washer tablets, soap, salt, olive oil etc. in the house, which was handy, we appreciated that. Niko and his wife were there when we arrived and kindly gave us a tour around the house and garden. Also communication during the week was easy. We visited there with two families in early June and everything met our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Villabellevue. The villa is beautifully set up as two private apartments with a lovely shared space — perfect for families or friends. Ana & family were exceptional hosts, The villa was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We especially loved relaxing by the pool and taking in the stunning sea views from the terrace. We loved the super yacht spotting. It’s just minutes from the beach, and a flat, scenic stroll along the shore takes you into the heart of Cavtat, with great restaurants & bars along the way. This was one of the most peaceful and enjoyable holidays we’ve had, and we would absolutely return!

Wow!! What a place, the views, the facilities, and just the stunning surroundings. We were a family group of 6 adults, each couple had their own space. We used the outdoor kitchen a lot, from breakfast right through to late evenings. The property is spotless, every little detail has been thought of, right down to the supply of washing powder & softener in the laundry room. It’s a 20 minute walk into the centre of Cavtat which we did most evenings and then we’d Uber back, just to save our legs. From booking both Vedran & Daria were helpful and responsive, Daria even msg’d us several times throughout the week just checking that everything was ok! I absolutely recommend a stay here, the only problem is…you just won’t want to leave! Thank you from the Dixon family xx

This is a large, spacious, airy house. It is light, bright and very well equipped. Even on hot days the house stayed cool. We hardly needed air conditioning, but for the short times we did, it was very efficient. The house is clearly loved and looked after. It is a family home and the host's parents live in neighbouring accommodation We enjoyed being extremely lazy and very peaceful and quiet, looking out over lovely views of the bay, reading, relaxing and having a daily swim. We did not have a car, so were limited to what was available in Molunat , all of which is very walkable. If you want to do more you would be advised to have a car. Goran our host is THE best host I have ever had on Air BNB....he could not have done more to make us welcome, to be flexible about check in times and to be proactive to make our stay enjoyable. Thankyou so much!

Great quiet & clean space. Everything we needed.

Ane has been a wonderful host, very helpful with great communication, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with 2 balconies overlooking the most stunning view of the mountains and sea. A wonderful swimming pool is set in very well looked after gardens, along with pet tortoises! Excellent facilities including an outwide grill area and gym/sauna. Location is set out of the busy waterfront but close emough to walk down in 15 minutes, the steep hill back up can be walked or take the bus back up from the harbour instead (every 30 mins). A wonderful place to explore a gorgeous part of Croatia. Thank you Ane, we have had a holiday to remember!

We absolutely loved this apartment. We were met by the owner nearby who was very hospitable and helped with our luggage to the property. The location was ideal, a minute walk to the beach and restaurants and bars. It was clean well presented and the outdoor seating area was fantastic. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Niko’s place. Stunning views and lots of amenities. Niko was very quick to respond and helpful. He also let us check out later than 10am & earlier than 3pm, so that was a great help. It’s very easy to get to Dubrovnik and Cavtat on the bus. Quite a few restaurants locally & beaches you can walk. Beware there are some steps to climb to the apartment so not for those with mobility issues. Felt very private & loved the balcony to chill on.

Ivo arranged pick up for us and met us from the taxi. The room was lovely, beautiful bathroom, lovely useful little kitchen area with everything we needed to make breakfast. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. A lovely quiet haven a few steps away from the centre of Cavtat. We didn't manage to see Ivo before we left but would like to say how much we enjoyed our short visit, hopefully next time we will be able to stay longer.
