It consists of a single living room, kitchen and dining area, with two large bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom.The apartment has large windows in all rooms so it is very bright and pleasant. The bathroom is in minimal style with a washing machine and shower cabin.

Απλό ζεστό και λιτό δυαράκι με κλιματισμό στον τελευταίο όροφο της πολυκατοικίας στο κέντρο της πόλης ,με μπαλκονάκι και τέντα σε μία ήσυχη πλευρά της οικοδομής . 150 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία της Κομοτηνής . Φούρνος στα 20 μέτρα, πιτσαρία στην ίδια οικοδομή ,παραδοσιακό καφενείο αλλά και διάφορες καφετέρειες και μπουγατσατζίδικα στα 50 μέτρα. Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις και ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή.
