The host is very nice and welcoming. He carefully prepared a honeymoon gift for us. The host's cooking is also very good. The snacks he cooked are delicious. The room is very carefully arranged. The location of the house is a 3-minute walk from the pile gate of the old city, convenient. Overall, it was a good stay.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. We stayed here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, our first holiday without the children! We could not have picked a better place ☺️ The apartment was spotless with the most incredible view across the sea from the leafy veranda and hot tub, so romantic ❤️ And loads of little touches in both the kitchen and bathroom, plus a comfy bed and effective air con 😅 Gina was so responsive and helpful with all my questions before we even arrived and gave loads of recommendations & met us there. The location is great, about a 40 minute walk or an easy direct bus trip to the old town from right by the apartment, we walked it most days cause we’re quite active. We were so happy we stayed outside the old town cause it was very busy with tourists and expensive, and by the port where we were was much quieter and a beautiful view. I was so happy we picked this place as it really was what made our stay in Dubrovnik perfect, I would recommend to everyone. Thanks guys!x

This place was awesome especially if you are a big group! She let us check in early which was so kind and gave us plenty of keys! The place looks exactly like the picture and the outdoor courtyard was our favorite place in the house. Sandra was super helpful especially for members that arrived later. The location was wonderful for everything we wanted to do.

The host was really kind and helpful. The host provided quick answers to questions and also helped with restaurant reservations if needed. It was a gem with a great setting for a relaxed getaway! Highly recommend!

What an intimate way to enjoy the bustling town of Dubrovnik! Pictures don't do justice to the charm of this home. It was the perfect place for two families - plenty of bathrooms and cozy common-space. Most importantly, Darko is a gracious host who provided excellent recommendations of how to approach Dubrovnik in the amount of time we had. We felt very welcome and appreciated his great communication. Highly recommend!

Flawless and functional accommodation, you will find everything you need, for both children and adults. There is a playground at the end of the street and very nice small pebble beaches. The jacuzzi, by the water, is a real treat. The apartment and the Jacuzzi are by the sea, between two mountains, it's beautiful. A very nice place to rest after a day spent wandering through the many activities around the apartment. Marija, the owner, is a great person, with whom we loved chatting. She didn't hesitate to pick us up when our car broke down and she always has a smile on her face. Feel free to go on vacation at their home, you won't regret it ;)

A lovely peaceful retreat, just what we were looking for after a busy period. Thoughtful touches from Mijo meeting us off the Dubrovnik ferry and driving us via a supermarket to collect basic food items to Mara dropping us at the airport at the end of our visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and adequate for our purposes. The outlook from the balcony is impressive with amazing sunsets. Nice apartment very clean and spacious with lovely views. Anton and Nevena were very helpful hosts .It was a bonus having a washing machine as we were there for two weeks also had a sandwich maker and coffee machine .It was in a great location if you don't mind stairs Antons friend Mato picked us up from the airport and was very informative. would definitely recommend

We enjoyed the stay with the family, and we regretted not having booked more days, because it was cozy in the apartment, and lots of experiences within driving distance. The apartment's terrace had a magnificent view of the sea, so we enjoyed our meals. On the second day, when we got home in the evening, our dog got out of the door without us seeing it - it had discovered a cat and ran after it, even though the cat disappeared up an outside staircase and up to the roof, suddenly our dog had landed on the roof without being able to get down again. The hostess helped to search, and luckily she discovered where it was, so I could go up and save it :-) We'll be happy to come back another time.

The host family was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a wonderful time, thanks to them and the lovely apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There’s also a supermarket near the bus stop, which was very convenient. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace, which my son absolutely loved—he spent a lot of time playing there. The rooms were neat and clean, and the kitchen was very practical and well-equipped. I’d love to come back to this place already.

Comfortable bed, loved the 2 bathrooms and A/C in both bedrooms + living area.

The apartment is easy to find and has all you need. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed the walk in to Cavtat. Iva and her family were great hosts and couldn’t do enough for us.

We had a lovely stay at Mia‘s in Dubrovnik :) The apartment was decently sized for three to four people and was equipped with everything we needed. The shower outside was a nice feature, especially during the hotter days!

We had a great 3-night stay in Dubrovnik! The apartment was well-equipped, easy to find, and the free parking was a huge bonus. Danica was lovely and super helpful—she even did some washing for us and returned it dry and neatly folded, so good! It’s a quick walk down to the Old Town, but just a heads-up—the walk back is all stairs, so something to keep in mind. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, especially the sunsets over the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

We really loved staying in Blaz’s place in Mlini, the apartment was even better than we had expected. Blaz let us check in early and sent on lots of recommendations for restauarants and activities to do locally and further afield. Blaz was really responsive with any queries we had and we would absolutely recommend this apartment as somewhere to stay and Blaz as a host. Thanks Blaz for a brilliant week!

Fortunate to have 11 nights in the Royal apartment. Suzana looked after us as Jadranka was away. Both though were responsive when needed assistance. As described in the listing with wonderful views across Lapad bay. There are 4 apartments in the complex along with the Hosts accommodation. Romantic apartment is at the top same level as pool area. Next down was the Royal, Harmony a few steps further down and Marine the lowest. All very private and didn’t hear any unnecessary noise from other guests. 61 steep steps from street to apartment door and the shower is in the hydro bath so a bit of a high step there. My wife was a bit hesitant as she has had a hip replacement couple of years ago but found a routine! Using the elevators at nearby More and Kompas hotels to get back from the promenade was a good handy hint! Amenities were good. Some instructions would be helpful especially using the appliances. We had a wonderful stay! The property had everything we needed — a swimming pool, gym, and a great area to work out on the floor. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was spotless with fresh towels provided. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. When we asked for a baby cot, it was provided immediately without any hassle. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the entire family made us feel truly welcome. There was ample parking space, and although the location is a bit remote, it’s actually a big plus — it’s peaceful and still conveniently located just 10 minutes by car from the airport, close to supermarkets, and near some beautiful beaches. Honestly, this stay was better than what we’ve experienced in many star-rated hotels. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

I wholeheartedly recommend the Pero house. A house set in a mountain village, far from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature. The house is amazing! This is one of the most interestingly decorated places we have visited. Me and the kids were delighted with this stay. Everything actually looks even better than in the photos. The neighborhood is beautiful and the pool is the icing on the cake. Pero kept it clean every day. The neighborhood is beautiful, we were close to various attractions: interesting beaches, Dubrovnik, Montenegro. A car or Uber is necessary if someone wants to explore as much as we do. There are also plenty of vineyards and restaurants in the area where you can taste the wines produced there. I highly recommend this place. It's a real paradise. The house of Pero and Dubrovnik and the surrounding area was our dream vacation. Wanted to stay there for longer...

Amazing hosts who made us feel so welcome and helped with getting us a takeaway on late arrival, restaurant bookings and removing a bug from our balcony! The view from the balcony and pool is amazing… we stayed in to watch the sunsets. Supermarket and bakery ten mins walk but there is also supplies like milk and drinks at reception. We used uber a lot for the Old Town, port for boat trip and lapad beaches ….very reasonable prices.

I cannot say enough about this amazing host. 10/10. From the moment we booked the villa Mariela was on hand to help with every step of the process. From airport transfers, to organising a rental car, to local recommendations, they did it all. Also one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. Every message was swiftly answered with a very helpful reply. As for the villa, wow! The scenery is absolutely stunning and the villa itself was pristine. with both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities there's plenty opportunities to cook in the villa, or local restaurants too. Lots of places to lounge around outside and take in the views. Overall we had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. It will be a treat for sure.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)
