The studio apartment is located in a new residential complex called ARED. Equipped with new appliances and furniture, 160x200cm bed, wi-fi, alarm, gas detector, private parking. At 2 min walk you can find a new commercial complex (which includes shops like Kaufland, H&M, C&A , Intersport, etc, plus food and restaurant area) and you also have access to public transportation, taxi. Ultracentral, cosy şi dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Din dormitor, ai o privelişte superbă la Crişul Repede. Blocul dispune de o curte cu parcare GRATUITĂ în inima orașului (ești un norocos❤️). Un apartament potrivit şi pentru nomazi digitali: ai self check-in şi internet de mare viteză. Poți veni solo sau cu încă 3 persoane care nu te scot din minți (prea tare) și nu sforăie (prea tare). 😅 Preț mic. Confort mare. Experiențe tari.
