The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

Thanks Stepny for hosting us, it was a lovely stay. The place was clean and matched the photos. The place is in a peaceful surrounding, but at the same time not very far from market and beaches. Also, a big thanks for providing us space to rest and freshen up after checkout.

The best part of my experience was Tanuja Ma’am’s thoughtful care — she stayed in touch and ensured we were comfortable and safe all the way until we reached back home. It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Best Place u will find , its even better then the pictures …. Very picturesque and aesthetically designed home Highly recommended! Only cons is that its little remote i.e only attraction around is parra road and u can do nothing much by strolling (lesser food options around all 2-3kms away) Minus this things its the best and go ahead booking it without any second thoughts !

We stayed for a week and had such a wonderful time! The beds were super comfortable, and the AC and fans kept the place cool and pleasant throughout our stay. One of our favourite parts was enjoying meals with the amazing view — absolutely stunning! The beach, just steps away, was perfect for children. It was cleaned daily and had lifeguards on patrol, which gave us extra peace of mind. The hosts truly made our stay extra special. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful — like having lovely neighbours or even family nearby. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and even helped arrange and drive us to a fun day trip to a nearby water park. The kitchen was well-equipped for making simple meals, and the bathroom had a great hot shower plus a toddler toilet, which was a big help for our family. We will definitely come back!!

Such a beautiful 2BHK with all the facilities and services for 3 nights in just INR 14377/- was a great deal. I tried Zomato and blinkit, no need to explain anything, just order and it will be delivered within 10 to 30 minutes. Mr. Dwayne greeted us at the time of check-in and he was also there to see off us at the time of checkout. During my stay for my every call or message response by Mr. Dwayne was within 5 minutes. His help was continued ever after my checkout. I asked him to suggested good place to buy some souvenirs and thanks to his valuable suggestion that we could bring some good souvenirs back home from Goa. The souvenir what I got at INR 125/- at his suggested place was priced INR 625/- at Goa Airport. Mr. Dwayne, my heartiest thanks for everything.

Stunning Riverside property, The Infinity Pool by the Chapora River is very beautiful, The location is serene , The interiors are very aesthetic, The in-house restaurant and the bar setup and the service is very good, Thank you for hosting us, Will definitely visit this property again with family and friends.

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

The place is in peaceful environment. It is in a village close to beaches to drive in 10minutes. Host was responsive.

We had a comfortable stay! The house was clean and organised and the location of the property is awesome! Beach view from the Porch is definitely the USP of the property.

If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.
