We really enjoyed our time at House on the Beach. The location on the beach is perfect for sunbathing, swimming or fishing. Thanasis was very helpful and we got good tips for the trip to Athens regarding Park&Ride. The apartment was spacious, clean and with a great outdoor area for eating, grilling... We will be happy to come back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the newly renovated, spacious apartment. The place is modern and it's easy to see it's built with a lot of love. The view of the sea is amazing, the gorgeous balcony a great place to chill and just watch the waves. Katerina and Mike were super friendly, generous, and responsive. All in all a fantastic place to stay in if you're looking for piece and quiet and are not in need of close-by shops or restaurants (at least in May). As a family of three with a 2.5 year old child, it's a definitive recommendation from us.

A very nice, comfortable, and modern apartment. All of the appliances work well and the apartment is very clean. It has a beautiful view on the Acropolis, especially at night. The apartment is located à in a residential area with about a 30 mins walk or 20 mins by metro to the tourist attractions. The check-in process was very simple, however the check-out time is very strict with not much flexibility.

We spent our holiday with a magnificent view, with a great peace of mind. We recommend it to those who want a calm and quiet holiday very close to nature and the beach. Tassos was always available, and they thank him.

A perfect apartment in a perfect location for those wanting to relax away from the hustle and bustle of life but still close enough to Aegina Port. The apartment is just as described and in the photos however I agree with another review that the apartment appears slightly bigger than it actually is in the photos. There is ample space for two in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining but could be a bit tight for 4 adults if not able to use the lovely outside space for relaxing due to bad weather (sadly, it does happen even on this beautiful island,!) Lots of hot water whenever needed for showers which have great water pressure. There are local tavernas serving delicious traditional meals and beach bars just around the corner along with a small supermarket. Alkis is the perfect host, who was very responsive and helpful and would definitely recommend his apartment. Thank you Alkis and hope to return again one day ☺️

The most beautiful home! We had such a wonderful time here, the house was immaculate, the rooftop absolutely incredible! Location perfect, walking distance to the beach, all amenities within walking distance. Mike went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, so grateful for such wonderful hospitality.

Wonderful place that fully matches the photos and description. Anna and her parents are lovely hospitable people. You feel like a dear guest in their house. The hosts treated us to delicious food, homemade eggs, and delicious ripe pomegranates from our own garden. Opposite the house is the sea with a rocky beach. There are several coves with sandy beaches on foot, which the children really enjoyed. Also in five minutes from the house there is a great cafe with delicious food and drinks. This retreat will suit those who appreciate the beauty of nature, tranquility, authenticity and home comfort. I really hope that a vacation on the island of Salamina in Anna's house will become a good annual tradition of our family

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!
