Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

A newly renovated 2-room apartment on the 4th floor with outdoor and indoor swimming pool, fitness, sauna and underground parking. Our apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions into nature. Just leave the car behind and off you go - whether for hiking, mountain biking or in winter for tobogganing and skiing. The outdoor pool with slide is a highlight for kids. Bedroom with large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed each 90 x 200 cm.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
