"To Selas" apartment 3: mountain Taygetos view

Ήσυχη επιπλωμένη κατοικία (studio) με υπέροχη πανοραμική θέα στον Ταΰγετο, την πόλη της Σπάρτης και το χωριό Σελλασία. Το συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών "Το Σέλας" βρίσκεται στην κορυφή ενός λόφου, στους πρόποδες του Πάρνωνα, σε ένα κατάφυτο κτήμα από ελιές, συκιές, κερασιές, καστανιές, ροδιές και αχλαδιές. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για επισκέψεις στον Μυστρά (17,5 χλμ), τη Σπάρτη (12 χλμ) και εξορμήσεις στα βουνά Ταΰγετος και Πάρνωνας.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Almi Guesthouse: a tiny gem, literally on the sea

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.

The house is located in Chrani, Messinia, in a unique location next to the sea. It is 35 km away from the city of Kalamata and 26.6 km from the airport of Kalamata. It is located in an ideal spot for excursions to Koroni, Foinikounta, Methoni, Pylos, Gialova, Voidokilia and at a distance of 30.4 km from Ancient Messini. This is a house with direct access to the sea and is ideal for families and pets.
