Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.

Franz & Margaret's Airbnb has everything you could want for a family vacation, plus the communication with both is incredibly pleasant and we don't even need to talk about the fantastic location ;) It was a very nice and relaxing start to the new year for us, which has become so beautiful not least because of your wonderfully managed Airbnb and your great farm. Very nice, cozy and clean accommodation in an extremely quiet environment! Beautifully furnished and you have everything you need for a few days. Very good hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation was a little less secluded than we hoped from the pictures (adjacent gardens + properties), but we were not disturbed by anything or anyone and could enjoy nature! We'd love to come back!

Kata's place is beautiful and even more breathtaking than it already comes across in the pictures. We immediately felt comfortable and the beautiful details throughout the loft make the place unique. In my opinion, the loft could really be called a designer loft. A lot of attention to detail and everything was thought of. Communication was also always flawless and absolutely hassle-free! I would be happy to come back. A very clear recommendation!

The little cottage is exactly as described. It has everything you need. The beds are super comfortable, everything was very clean. The location is very quiet and the beautiful Haslach can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. Anita is a very nice host, the communication was excellent and we were allowed to arrive - and leave very flexibly. The surroundings are magnificent and invite you to hike, cycle and swim. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back, maybe also for winter sports.

The surrounding area includes minimal landscaping, enhancing the clean lines of the architecture against a cloudy sky.

Nice, relatively new place. The bathroom is very nice and sufficiently large. The apartment is really very small, but the balcony gives you no cramping feeling. The view over the Eidlauf pond is very nice. It's just minutes to the city. Filter coffee machine is available. I would prefer a capsule machine The pull-out sofa bed is fine. At my request, a swivel chair was brought to me. Thanks again for that! In Rohrbach and surroundings there are many nice people. Recommended: Burns, B34 and city cafe. Pizza at Jimmy. Tierpark in Altenfelden.
