Monthly Rentals in Kokubunji

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was conveniently located near the station. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was as described. Though it was an older building and did not have some of the newer features you may desire, it is well worth the price. It was so nice to be able to do laundry during our trip. The beds were comfortable and clean. The host was so friendly and considerate. We will recommend this location to friends and family and hope to return as well!

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.

A great apartment, very conveniently placed for trains and local buses and with a wide variety of shops and restaurants close by. Highly recommended. We would be happy to stay again in the future.
