Wir hatten drei Tage wunderschöner seit gehabt, voula ist sehr frundlisch,Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und Seher sauber tolle ausblick , ich empfehle es weiter, danke alles

SeaView, was amazing, traditional style, nicely renovated apartment. The view was so very special. The 2 min walk to the beach was easy and perfect. There are lovely taverns to eat, my fav was the family tavern. Best beach bar Noya to relax on comfy chairs and listen to nice music. Best of all Chris was very responsive and left us beautiful home made and grown treats like marmalade, cherry tomatoes, figs and olives along with some lovely bread.

This stay at Manoli place was the best stay of my life. The hosts were so kind and helped me a lot when I needed a place to stay because my flight got cancelled. The flat was beautiful and exactly like in the picture. The place was spotless and extremely clean. Manoli welcomed me with cold water and a great bottle of wine. The place is very peaceful with a supermarket and a medical center 2 minutes from the flat. The beach is absolutely amazing and the people in the neighborhood are extremely friendly. I will definitely come back !!! Thanks again Lucian and Manoli. You are wonderful people !!!!

Daire, Kokkari deniz kenarında sıralanan restoranların hemen dibinde bulunuyor. Evin konumu vakit geçirmek için mükemmel yerde diyebiliriz. Biz araba kiralayıp bulmak istediğimizde Google bizi olmayan sokaklara sokmaya çalıştı. Siz bu hataya düşmeyin ve P olarak gösterilen halka açık otoparklara park edin. Park ettikten sonra yaklaşık 300-400 metre yürümeniz gerekecek. O yüzden valizi olanlar buna hazırlıklı olsun. Evin içinde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Eve çıkmak için bir kat merdiven çıkmanız gerekiyor. Çıktıktan sonra yatak odasına çıkmak için farklı bir merdiven kullanmanız gerekir. Yatak odasında manzarayı izleyebileceğiniz çok güzel bir balkon var. Biz 6 aylık bebeğimizle geldiğimiz için ne yazık ki eve yürüme ve evdeki merdivenleri kullanma olayı bizi çok yordu. Ayrıca konaklama süresince wi-fi internet hiç çalışmadı. Telefon şebekesi de alt katta çekmiyordu. PC’den çalışan biri olarak bu konuda çok zorlandım. Çocuksuz aileler için gerçekten çok iyi bir ev. Tavsiye ederim.

Tolle Wohnung, modern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. 2 Klimaanlagen in WZ und SZ geben bei 35 Grad keine Probleme, der Balkon ideal am Abend, die Terrasse von der Tür perfekt fürs das Frühstück am Morgen ohne pralle Sonne - alles in allem mit Liebe eingerichtet, sehr gut gepflegt. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

We had a wonderful time at Balos Beach. The ocean is just a few steps away from Dafnis place. You even are able hear the waves crash from your bedroom. There are several restaurants in a walking distance and the beach is perfect if you a looking for a silent place to calm down. Next to the apartment is a local coffee shop/mini-market which has Greek Live music once a week. Listening to the live music next to many locals was one the most delightful experiences we had in Greece. Dafnis husband who can provide you with fresh bread, croissants, etc. on a daily basis was the cherry on top.

Beautiful renovated beachfront apartment. The shower was magnificent. We really enjoyed our stay!

If you love the sea, this is the place to be! Stayed with another couple and we all agreed Martha’s place is magical and fell in love with Kokarri. The location on the beach and in walking distance to everything you could possibly need is perfect. We had some difficulties finding the Airbnb (our fault) and then proceeded to blow a fuse, again our fault, but Martha and her team were extremely helpful and quick to resolve our issues. 1000% recommend. We are plotting our return.

öncelikle ev sahibimiz çok iyiydi ve kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. ev denizle arasında yol olan çok güzel bir bahçe içerisinde yer alıyor. hem evin içerisinde hem de kendine ait olan bahçesinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herşey var. ev son derece temiz ve ferah. evin salonunda ve odalarında klima mevcut. deniz manzarası harika. Ev sahibimiz tarafından hazırlanan ikramlarla harika karşılandık. eve ulaşım konusunda her türlü destek ev sahibimiz tarafından verildi ve müsaitlik olduğu için giriş ve çıkışta esneklik sağladı. Çok güzel geçen bir tatil için ev sahibimize tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

Right on the stone beach, just 1 km East of Ormos on the south West part of Samos, the 2 rooms house seems brand new; it is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and there is parking spot for a car. Wi-Fi is working well. The 3 AC are useful if staying inside during daytime. There are also a washing and sunbeds in an external closet, an external shower, a big table and a rocking chair under a thatched roof. The owner Mike is wife are very kind and ready to help.

Het is in het echt net zo mooi als op de foto's! Een heerlijke week gehad.

Μιλαμε για κάτι το απίστευτο. το σπίτι ήταν περίπου δέκα μέτρα μακριά από τη θάλασσα. το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό, όπως ακριβώς είναι στις φωτογραφίες και η τοποθεσία φοβερή. ήσυχο μέρος. δυστυχώς καθίσαμε για μια μερα μόνο λόγω υποχρεώσεων στο νησί. το καλύτερο απ όλα ήταν η φιλοξενία. τόσο ο Νίκος όσο και οι γονείς του μας υποδέχτηκαν λες και μας γνώριζαν χρόνια. μπήκαμε στο σπίτι και μας περίμενε,ντόπιο κρασί, φρούτα παραγωγής τους επειδή " είμαστε κουρασμένοι από τον δρομο". μέχρι και λιχουδιές για τα σκυλιά μας είχε. το μόνο αρνητικό στη διαμονή μας είναι ότι τελείωσε γρήγορα .

The guesthouse is very modern and the garden is beautiful. The beach is very close and with few tourists. We can highly recommend this accomodation.

Antonis und seine Familie sind freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, auch die Haushälterin war sehr freundlich und diskret. Die Anlage erscheint live sogar schöner als auf den Bildern, sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mehrere kleine Häuser in einem gepflegten Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen. Alles war perfekt sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

This is a little gem of a place! A little bohemian and relaxing with beautiful views of both sea & mountain. The pool is fabulous but as the lovely beach is a 5 minute walk you are spoiled for choice. The bathroom was the only slight issue, clean & adequate but very small. I will definitely be coming back.

Die Wohnung wurde uns Blitz sauber übergeben. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und hat alles was das Familien Herz begehrt. wir waren eher überrascht wie groß die wohnung war! Das eigentliche Highlight ist natürlich die Terrasse! Der direkte und unglaublich nahe Blick auf das Mittelmeer ist einfach beeindruckend!! Der Strand ist auch mit Liegen versehen und toll für alle Altersklassen. fußläufig ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf erreichbar (Bäcker, Supermarkt). Außerdem eine tolle Restaurant und Café Auswahl. Die Kommunikation zu den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet! Wir haben tolle Sachen geschenkt bekommen, ob frische Eier oder selbstgebackener Kuchen wirklich total herzlich und familiär. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen es allen die Lust auf Strand, Ruhe und Dorfleben direkt am Mittelmeer haben.

Leukste huisje van Samos met het mooiste uitzicht! Iedere ochtend ontbijten in de zon. Perfecte ligging tussen twee baaien. Goede bedden. Superknus huisje. Aardige buren. Weinig wind voor de deur. Rustige ligging. Vanuit het dorp kun je route 21 wandelen door de heuvels om Kokkari, 10 km. Ga niet te vroeg in het jaar, want dan is er nog veel gesloten in het dorpje. Vanaf 1 mei is het meeste geopend. Als ik terugga, boek ik zeker weer dit huisje!

Hadi is one of the friendliest person I've ever met. He gave us a lot of good reccommendations, tips and tricks to use around town. The location of the place is in the heart of Kokkari surrounded with multiple great restaurants, bars and markets. Place itself is really cosy, clean and homelike. 10/10 would reccommend.
