The sleeping area of the large unit is divided into two so that the queen bed and the second area with another queen bed and single bed have visual privacy but the wall does not go to the ceiling We do not live on the property so this place suits independent travellers who have a car, wanting to spend time on a west coast beach. We are a 5 mins drive to Greymouth and it is 1 km neat to the start of the Point Elizabeth scenic bush walk. This is a great bush walk mainly sheltered with good native bush cover. The main bedroom has great sea views and an ensuite. Plenty of parking space is available behind the house.

Carolyn’s place was great! It was easy to find and the check in instructions that she gave were very easy to follow. Carolyn also had some great recommendations of local dining options which I appreciated. The apartment was clean and homey, in a great location, and had many amenities to utilise.

Perfect little spot for visiting Hokitika, everything was super warm and comfy, lots of towels and face cloths, easy stroll to centre, shops and beach. The accommodation was very inviting on arrival and Donna was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. definitely recommend staying here and would stay again myself for sure!

Newly built house in quiete part of the region. Everything is clean, windows of the main room are facing towards nature which offers privacy. House is located 10 minutes from Hokitika town center and not far from beautiful walking trails and Hokitika gorge. Will definetly come again!
