We provide a highchair, infant cot and the only villa on the south coast with a glass safety fence around the pool. It's a 2min walk to the nearest cafe, The Kip. Secret Beach is a 5min walk. Some of the best surf breaks are less than 10mins away. Our fully-equipped kitchen means you can cook or order delivery and dine at home.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Located in the quiet end of the beach only 5 minutes walking distance (on the beach) to the vibrant Hikkaduwa surfing beach. You'll have private access to the garden, kitchen and various dining areas. The house is managed by our lovely staff Jenith and Dilani whom will be happy to help with any requests as well as preparing meals upon request - they are wonderful chefs.

We’ve lovingly renovated it to make it cozy and comfortable, so you can unwind and enjoy Sri Lanka’s beauty. While tucked away in tranquility, you’re still close to everything: Ahangama is just 10 minutes by scooter, and Kabalana Beach only 6 minutes away. We also have a scooter for rent if you need one. Just steps away from the best cafes, restaurants, bars, beaches and breaks, Studio Aurora is at the center of it all! During high season town can be busy and noise from the local bars on may disturb some guests.
