The beach house is the perfect beach house in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. Xanthi also provides all the extras you would want for the beach towels kids toys and even sea kyaks and a paddle board. We had already stayed in Xanthis Corfu town apartment and before we left she had given us lots of info on the area which is a 5 min drive from Kassiopi with lots of tavernas and shops. You can also walk 20 mins to the town With the beautiful gardens and seating in and out of the sun you might find you never want to move further than the garden and the water outside your gate! Dimitri’s villa is absolutely beautiful. The pool, ping pong table and outdoor BBQ really made our trip! And the view is beautiful, with the beach on your doorstep. All appliances you could need are included. Really clean and all rooms have en suites which is great. Location is perfect. About a 15-20 minute walk into Kassiopi town which is gorgeous with so many lovely restaurants and bars to enjoy. Corfu town can be reached by bus around an hour journey and really worth visiting for the day. Our hosts were really accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, whilst giving us plenty of recommendations and even organizing us day trips and airport transfers. Highly highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great stay at this house. The terrace is lovely and overlooks a nice quiet beach: you almost have your feet in the water! The location is perfect for discovering the north coast of Corfu: Kassiopi is nearby and full of restaurants and our host provided us with very good recommendations for walks, places to see and activities. We'll be back with pleasure:)

Very beautiful property and location. Well stocked with food upon check in. Abundant privacy with each bedroom on a different level with its own bathroom. Fotis was very accommodating when we locked ourselves out of the house.
