The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live as a family consisting of a mother, father and two boys aged 6 and 7, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. Welcome to a lovely two-story villa apartment in Strøby Egede. An external staircase leads you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m² on the 2nd floor and 21 m² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a bit steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. Ceiling height on the 3th floor is 185-200 cm.

The house is located in a quiet setting in a small village called Lidemark. The nearest supermarket is 3 km away, where there is a small shopping center with a pizzeria and Thai food if you want to order in. Køge town is a 10-minute drive away, where you'll find everything from cafés, restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you might want. Copenhagen is 30 minutes away.

The studio is best suited for 4 people, with the option of two additional beds at no extra charge. There are 2 double sofa beds measuring 140 x 200 cm (55 x 79 inches). In addition, there is the option of making up a charming old pull-out bed measuring 75 x 185 cm (29.5 x 73 in.), and a sofa bed with an extra mattress measuring 110 x 190 cm (43.3 x 74.8 in.). All beds can be seen made up in the photos. The studio is designed so that guests can be creative with pencil and brush, or simply enjoy it and relax.

The property is located about 1 km within walking distance of the station, from which it takes about 30 minutes by train directly to the center of Copenhagen. The home is a guest house for the main house where the host lives. The home is close to many shops and about 1.5 km from the beach. The accommodation consists of a single bed in the loft, as well as a 140-cm bed in the living room.
