Vacation rentals in Kochilos

We stayed in a well-maintained and very well-equipped traditional house for a family vacation. The equipment was conducive to comfortable living. We particularly enjoyed the pretty terrace perched above the main street of the village, with beautiful views. The welcome from the owner was excellent and friendly with support when we got off the boat and good quick communication by messaging. We had a small problem with the internet that was fixed within a few hours. We recommend this house for a family of four or two couples. The beds are a little small but they date back to ancient times and are part of the rustic charm. In short, a good place in Tinos.

The house and location are gorgeous! Private beach is amazing, Dimitris is a great host and Chara came every day and left everything spotless! Can’t come up with a single even little complaint- the perfect vacation spot!

We had a fabulous stay at Roula’s house. The location is excellent and the house is spacious while feeling homey. It has all the amenities you’d want for a trip to the island. It’s close to the restaurants, the Contemporary Art Museum, two beaches and to the best swimming spot by the castle. Roula is responsive and helpful. She even left us cakes and homemade marmalade which were lovely!

Very lovely place - well maintained and wonderful view

We had a great time in a wonderful house. It is very privately located. Another house is located above it on the slope - but this was not occupied at the time of our trip. We traveled with six people and had a total of four double rooms and three bathrooms available. One of them is on the first floor. On the first floor, the layout is extremely spacious with a very well-equipped and functional kitchen. The house has a magnificent terrace, a wonderful garden and a magnificent swimming pool. It was pleasantly fresh, but not too cold. Everything makes a very neat and sparkling clean impression. We were in constant contact with the landlady and she always responded very helpfully to any questions within minutes. There are beautiful beaches nearby and good restaurants to discover on the island. Here, too, the tips were really valuable. Ideally, you need a rental car. In short, really great!

An incredibly private location with stunning surroundings. Everything at Melisses is thought through, every little touch has a reason and a place. And the breakfasts are phenomenal!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Perivolli, the villa is perfect for a big family vacation. The rooms & bathrooms were very clean and spacious with a lot of privacy for each couple. The villa is well equipped and had a lot of amenities. The pool is a great size and we had a lovely time sitting by it and playing games in the pool. We spent a lot of time on the veranda in the evening and didn’t have any issues with mosquitos. The grounds of the villa are lovely to walk around with beautiful lemon tress and orange tress that we could help ourselves to. We enjoyed some fresh juices most mornings. We could also help ourself to fresh grown produce also grown on the grounds which was really nice for some of our home cooked meals Natalia was an amazing host with a lot of knowledge about the island and restaurants. We found this very helpful and enjoyed some amazing meals out. Natalia was super happy to help us and was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend staying here.
