The house has a yard where you can put your car, which is very comfortable. As for the landlord, it's very warm and attentive, always ready to help. An exceptional accommodation in the most beautiful nature. Very new and well-maintained. You can feel it in every loving detail that it is a labor of love for the sympathetic landlords. The sauna and plunge pool complete the whole perfectly. A place to relax in the tranquility of nature.

We really enjoyed spending a few days in this apartment! We sent and woke up to the sound of waves. The place is quiet,but at the same time within walking distance there are shops,pharmacies,restaurants with live music. The sea is three minutes away and the window has a wonderful view. The apartment itself has everything you need for cooking, a good washing machine and an iron. We managed to use all of this. Spacious shower, lots of towels. The bedroom has a very soft mattress, it can be a plus for someone,and someone is a disadvantage. In general, we had a great stay☺️ Thank you!

One is trusting, the other is cautious. - Optional: delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also really delicious pizza. - There is always the opportunity to ask the owners to buy something in the city for you (they brought me ice cream). - If you don’t have cash, don’t worry. The owners have a payment terminal. - On the third floor there is a hammock and two sun loungers under the roof. There are also sockets there - you can lie with a laptop or tablet. - The apartments themselves are very bright and clean, with everything you need. Ideal for long stays. - The center of Chakvi is ten minutes on foot. NOTES: - Nearby is a small bamboo grove. - On the street you can meet a cow and a calf. - The owners are also travelers. Ask about their adventures. Until we meet again. =]

My family and I recently stayed at Keti's apartment, and I must say it looks even better than the photos! The three balconies offer stunning views of the sea, making it a perfect spot to relax. The apartment is all new and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Keti is incredibly friendly and even assisted us with parking, which was a great help. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful rest, the project is most likely designer,because everything is thought out, despite the fact that the room is not large, the distance for passage is taken into account, the headboard of the bed is soft and comfortable. In the comments, someone complained about the elevator,it is excellent. The staff is polite and responsive to Batumi 20 minutes by taxi or there is a shuttle taxi

This was our first time here, and I would say my family had a great rest. It's a peaceful place with a beautiful view of the sea and the stars at night. The apartments are clean and equipped with almost everything you need. I’d like to specifically mention that the mattresses were very comfortable for sleeping. In my opinion, Alexander did everything to make his guests' stay truly enjoyable. There are several beaches not far from the apartments. For families with small children, I recommend the beach near the Castello Mare hotel. A few restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk, and Wolt delivery is also available.

Cute ecofriendly lodge for country life while offering great comfort for stay! Also good base to explore the tea route, gorgeous mountains, with the perks of dipping into private river just a short walk nearby.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

The hotel is just beautiful! The beach is 5 seconds away! The hotel is new, the territory is very well-groomed and cozy! The number is 10 on a 5-point!))The room was chosen with garden and mountain views. There are rooms with a wonderful sea view. There is parking for your car. The host welcomed us like family. It's a shame we only stopped for one night. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend to everyone for a great vacation!

We felt very comfortable with two families! It's a great place to relax. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The accommodation is nice and very well equipped. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the tangerine garden and the sea. The only small downside was the uncleaned wardrobes, which were stated as usable in the description. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay that I would travel back to anytime! Thanks to Elza and Murman for the wonderful time!!

Thanks to Lyudmila and her family for the warm welcome! A detached house, quiet at night and walking distance to the sea. This was our second time in Chakvi and we stayed at Lyudmila's place again. There were five of us, and there was enough space for everyone (three rooms, and each room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet). We are very satisfied! We recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing peaceful vacation!

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

We had organized a family reunion, everyone had found a place. There were a total of five of us with a toddler. The terrace is wonderful for relaxing, you have an unobstructed view of the sea and look directly at the sunset. The property is equipped with the necessary inventory, you can prepare something yourself or visit one of the restaurants, which are a few minutes' walk away. The owner was easily accessible and also quickly organized a baby crib for us. All in all, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

Tornike's place was perfect for our family. It was a stark contrast to the cramped and chaotic city in which it's situated. Batumi is fast paced and noisy, but Tornike's place was spacious and peaceful. It was a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is very clean, and very large. Great living space and 2 awesome balconies (our favorite spot). Big TV for when we were bored. It's on the 4th or 5th floor, so be ready to lug your bags up stairs. The stairs had some friendly cats and dogs to greet you. The area is not that visually appealing (surrounded by lots of old apartment buildings), but it's very safe, and everyone is very friendly and kind. Only thing I would warn against is if you have small kids, there are several electrical wires sticking out of the walls, and I don't know if they're live. If you're an adult, it's no problem, but if you have small, curious children, better to beware. Tornike was a great host and always very responsive. Thanks Tornike!

Andrew's place was just perfect to stay at. The accommodation has a great sea view, very cosy and well equipped, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping mall. Andrew is very polite and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be recommended to anyone who is looking for perfect place in Batumi.

Anri is super helpful and a great host. Very flexible with the check-in check-out since we’re from out of the country. Would use him again if in Batumi

Eduardo and Tamo’s place is beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. It’s well equipped with good wifi and a lovely view of harbour and mountains. Located in an active and safe residential area and easy access to all parts of city. Other residents are very friendly and helpful. When I got trapped in the lift they quickly came to my aid and broke me out in no time. Likewise when I used one of the older locks on the flat door instead of the new lock and got locked inside the apartment, Eduardo immediately mobilised helpers and quickly got me out. Eduardo was always available, he went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay, nothing was too much trouble, day or night. He’s definitely the best host I’ve had in my many years of travelling. I think if they can add some safety features to the lifts and remove the obsolete door lock (which is not necessary anyway as they have new locks), then it would be one of the best places to stay long term in Batumi.
