Nino’s place is clean, nice and conveniently located. She did her best to make us feel right at home.

With Nino’s approach the check-in experience was just lovely. Nino waited for us, welcomed us, gave useful instructions. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, perfectly located within 5 mins away from the sea. Totally recommend Nino’s guest house.

There is very good space indoors. Great old stylish furniture. A nice terrace with garden furniture with access from the kitchen. There is also a small balcony facing the garden where you can hang laundry. WC number two is good to have. In the kitchen there is a lot of space, new stove, new electric kettle, new fridge with freezer, table and chairs to eat at.

the apartment fully corresponds to the description. being in the central square. this is good and bad. The good thing is that everything is literally nearby: beach, supermarket, cafe a lot, market. The bad thing is that this is a center and therefore it can be noisy: cars, restaurants and dogs. But if you close the doors, there are not so noisy dogs. There are a lot of dogs, they themselves are kind, but in the morning they are constantly barking🤣. Ilia (the host) was constantly on the touch, greeted, posted everything, told me everything and showed me where and what you can buy/see/walk. The beach with large stones and sand, so bring shale for the beach. There may be long rains (this is the black sea, not the Mediterranean), you need to be ready for this. The apartment is clean. Everything is there for unassuming guests. The staircase to the last floor is steep, you need to keep in mind to old people and people from the nod. in general, only the best impressions of the apartment and the hosts left only the best impressions. We reached earlier than expected and checked in 4 hours earlier. It was easy to find. The location was good and 5 minutes walk to the sea shore, surrounded by markets for daily grocery needs. Kristina was responsive, we felt at home.

The best thing here is to wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The noise of the waves compensates for all the shortcomings!

the apartment is a minute from the sea, in the very center of the city, near cafes and a market. I was glad that Timur provided circles and mattresses for swimming, we froze like children! the only thing is that it's hard to go up on foot to the 5th floor after the sea. thanks!

We (five people) were met at the airport. It was brought to the place. The house is beautiful both outside and inside. The photos don't do it justice. The area near the house is well-maintained. The house is clean, cozy and everything is provided for living and relaxing. The hosts are hospitable, thoughtful, and always available. The vacation was great. Many thanks to Temuri and his family. A lot of experience and pleasure from the trip. Recommended. There is a mountain river nearby. Swimming in it is unforgettable.

House as in the photos. Situated in the common area with other holiday homes. The hostess lives in the next house and always helped on arising questions. Where is everything you need in house. In the backyard a cozy location with a table and a hammock. To the beach 5 minutes walk. To the central market 5 minutes walk. Very pleasant owners!

A great place to stay close to the city. Quiet , great views and very cozy! And it's important that you can bring pets!

Everything was great. We felt like home.

The hotel is just beautiful! The beach is 5 seconds away! The hotel is new, the territory is very well-groomed and cozy! The number is 10 on a 5-point!))The room was chosen with garden and mountain views. There are rooms with a wonderful sea view. There is parking for your car. The host welcomed us like family. It's a shame we only stopped for one night. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend to everyone for a great vacation!

I recommend staying in this house. The house is clean, beautiful, there is everything you need for a living. It's easy to get to Batumi. Very nice view from the terrace. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality. And what a domestic wine😍.

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

The apartment is ideally located. Between major hotels where there are much less people on the beach. From the door to the sea - three minutes! The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the bed is huge with a nice mattress. The apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. View from the window 10/10. We will miss the morning coffee for a long time on this balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains (yeah, you can't see them in the photo, they are to the left and very beautiful) The host got a baby crib at our request. Special thanks for that! We are very glad that we rented this apartment. The best part of our vacation!

the vacation was at the highest level. Lovely location of the apartment, in the center of Old Batumi, great atmosphere. Everything is within walking distance. I stayed with children, it was comfortable. The apartment is clean and good.
