My stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos, and the balcony is simply breathtaking—very high with a stunning view. The bedroom is perfectly designed for restful sleep, as the curtains allow you to create complete darkness. A special thank you to the host—such a kind and well-mannered young lady. Отдыхали в этой квартире в начале сентября 2018 г. Отличное месторасположение в старой зеленой части города в новом современном доме. Наполнение квартиры на 5 баллов: есть холодильник, газовая плита, микроволновка, электрочайник, кондиционер и телевизор в гостиной, стиралка и, конечно же, вся посуда. Мебель новая, как и сама квартира, отличная сантехника. До моря 5 минут по чудесному красивому зеленому бульвару. Пляж - крупная галька (тапочки продают тут же), шезлонги и зонты есть, море чистейшее, лазурное ( Сочи нервно курит). Получили большое удовольствие от вина-еды-моря-грузинских танцев! Медея отзывчивая и приветливая хозяйка. Спасибо, ГРУЗИЯ!

Отличная квартира, в удобном районе города. Внутри было все, что обещал хозяин квартиры Рядом много магазинов с продуктами и ресторанов. До набережной очень близко, и такси до старого центра стоит недорого Николоз всегда был на связи и помогал при заселении, спасибо огромное!

What a wonderful apartment! Everything matches the photos and the description, but in person it is even better. Very cozy interior and everything you need. Great location within walking distance to the city's attractions, with many restaurants and a shopping center nearby. It was nice to wake up to a beautiful view of the sea, and it is impossible to stop admiring the sunsets. Large living room, two comfortable bedrooms, and a beautiful bathroom. Everything is clean and well thought out, lots of sockets (you can charge your laptop from anywhere in the apartment), and all the living room lights can be turned on in many different combinations which is appreciated. The only drawback was intermittent Wi-Fi, but otherwise a very spacious and cozy apartment you want to come back to! Nice owner, customer focus at the highest level! Thanks to the owner for his responsiveness!

Absolutely love the place! Clean and comes with all amenities. The location is the best! Everything is at a walking distance!

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Несколько раз оставался в Батуми в апартаментах, но эта квартира наиболее уютная и просторная. Прекрасно продувается за счёт сквозняков, хорошо освещена. Есть всё необходимое, включая посуду, кондиционер, утюг, гладильную доску, просторный шкаф и так далее. Хозяева гостеприимные люди, очень приятные в общении. Фото соответствуют реальности, но балкон, на самом деле, даже уютнее. Из недостатков могу отметить только слабый wi-fi. Впрочем для отдыха это пустяки!

Спасибо большое Софии и Тамазу за гостеприимство.Очень приятные и отзывчивые люди,с нашей кавказской ноткой.Квартира соответствует полностью фотографиям от.Чистая,просторная.Находится в пригороде,но рядом маршрутное такси едет до центра города.Я просила вызвать мне такси,а хозяинТамаз,сам лично отвёз меня в аэропорт.Спасибо вам большое София и Тамаз.Вы очень дружелюбная и приятная семья.Приеду к вам ещё.Маргарита.Баку.

The cottage is in a beautiful location, right across from the beach, and surrounded by tall pines. We loved the outside patio surrounded by lawn and plants. Mamuka responds right away to any questions or requests. Beds are very comfortable and there is air conditioning in every room, if needed. The cottage is one level, but there are 3 steps to get in, in case you have any elderly people. The village has 2 restaurants, in nearby hotels - both are a few steps away and have excellent menu and great wine. There is a little grocery store 5 min walk away that has all basic things. We did not have a car and made do with that - it worked well for the week. There is also a Dendrological park ~ 30 min walk away, we really liked it. The beach was not crowded at all, clean and very gentle sloping sandy shore. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you Mamuka!

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Апартаментом вполне довольны. Апартаменты возле стройки. Перед окнами левее кран стоит. Если Вы заселяетесь не пополняют ни туалетной бумагой, ни шампунем, ни мылом. Можно было за умеренную сумму пополнить. К сожалению, у меня не было шампуня, только гель для душа.
