Apartment on the 34th floor with a large panoramic window, friendly host who replies instantly. Large SmartTV with YouTube and Netflix apps installed. Spar shop right outside or a larger shopping centre 8mins walk. Washing machine powder provided. Great price for such a clean apartment. Stayed for 5 night and would come back again.

Cozy place with a stunning view (sunsets are breathtaking). There's everything you might need inside, the place is clean, it is decorated very nicely and you can feel the attention to detail. Mayya is a helpful host and replies very quickly if there's anything you need. The only minus was that during our stay there was no water few times but I don't know if it's usually like that there or there were was some maintenance work being done. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

oleg and his partner were more than accommodating... i stayed multiple month in different units in alliance palace with them... any problems or concerns were dealt with in a timely and professional manner... great property and great host... i recommend 1000%

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.

I’d like to leave some feedback about these apartments. First of all, I was really impressed by how fast the owner responds — it was incredibly pleasant. The replies came instantly, always clear and on point. I never had to wait — even simple questions like how to turn on the AC or heating were answered immediately. Secondly, the apartment has absolutely everything you need: cooking utensils, coffee maker, iron, cleaning supplies — even candles in case of a power outage (which actually happened one night, and the candles were really helpful!). I also had situations where I needed to cancel or change the booking, request a change of bed linen — and everything was handled quickly and with full understanding. No refusals, just solutions. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a great view and perfect location. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Georgia. Thank you so much — I wish you even more happy guests and tourists!

The studio apartment is furnished adequately and is located in a prime area. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are supermarkets, shopping mall, restaurants etc. within walkable distance or within 10mins from the apartment. There is no parking within the premises. If you've a car, you will need to park it in one of the parking zones by the road on the backside provided there is an empty slot. That was the only tricky part about the stay. Otherwise we found it very convenient, safe and worth the money.

Wonderful apartment, liked the abundance of mirrors, the original comfortable long table, night reading lamps, the presence of a microwave, a drinking water purification system and the ability to turn on the blue light in the toilet mirror. Very convenient, I recommend it!

Irina is a great host. She thought of everything for guests down to the last detail. The apartment was the same as in the photo. It was spotless and felt like our own home. We were very pleased. If we come to Batumi again, we would like to stay here again.

The house was easy to find, the owner provided clear instructions for moving in. The apartment was super clean! I give a special like for the presence of washing gel/soap and other things (I didn't have to buy separately, as happens in some apartments). The apartment is completely consistent with the photos. There is everything you need. And of course, I can't help but appreciate the beautiful view from the window! Believe me, it's worth it! 🥰 Of the minuses (this is for me personally, for someone it's okay) - the noise level from the neighbors. A couple of times it was noisy until 8 am 🥺 But overall I recommend the apartment! 🩷

the room was nice and cozy with a beautiful view on the seaside. the location was great, easy to reach the seaside, nearby parks, malls, etc. The room owners were very responsive and supportive. Overall, there were some minor negative things: * the elevators were always overcrowded and one should wait at least 10-15 minutes, * even if the location is great, at the same time it is quite noisy for some periods of a day - cars horning on the streets because of traffic jams, * a parking place is quite difficult to find.

Great apartment, in a convenient area of the city. Inside was everything the owner of the apartment promised There are a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. The promenade is very close and a taxi to the old center is inexpensive Nikoloz was always in touch and helped with check-in, thank you so much!

An excellent place to stay. Very spacious, with beautiful views of the waterfront and planes taking off and landing. The host is responsive and always helpful, quickly addressing any requests. The apartment is warm and has everything you need. The neighborhood is under development, so there might be some construction activity, but I believe this will improve soon.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

My wife and I really liked it - the room is clean , the Internet is very fast and comfortable for watching movies , the shower is comfortable, without jumping from cold to hot.
