Apartment on the 34th floor with a large panoramic window, friendly host who replies instantly. Large SmartTV with YouTube and Netflix apps installed. Spar shop right outside or a larger shopping centre 8mins walk. Washing machine powder provided. Great price for such a clean apartment. Stayed for 5 night and would come back again.

Апартаменты это 2 соединённых номера апарт-отеля Alliance Palace. Это одно здание в котором часть номеров управляется Mariott (вход отдельный) и остальная часть Alliance. В номерах свежий ремонт. 2 санузла)). Кухня и холодильник. Прекрасная климатическая система daikin. Толстые стеклопакеты отсекают шум улицы. С балкона вид на море.Рядом супермаркет и рестораны. В общем отличные апартаменты и отличии от Орби нет больших очередей у лифта)). Классный отпуск.

Ev çok temiz düzenli ferahtı bu ev ile alakalı bir problem değil ancak Orbi city içerisinde çok fazla daire var ve dairelerde çok fazla Arap turist mevcut konaklamamız sırasında gece balkonlara çıkıp hep bir ağızdan bağırmaya başladılar. 2 saat boyunca bu devam etti kimse de bu arkadaşları durdurmadı gece 1 de bağırmaya başladılar 3 e kadar aralıksız bağırdılar, 6:30 da hala tek tük bağırma sesleri vardı. Ev sahibi ve ev mükemmel bu sitede tutulabilecek en güzel yer ancak site tercih edilmeyebilir.

Прекрасное место, куда хочется возвращаться. Чувствуется рука перфекциониста — безупречно чистое белье и полотенца, продуманная компоновка и свет. Работает и функционирует, как должно, абсолютно всё. Несмотря на то, что студия очень маленькая, в ней есть все необходимое: микроволновка, фен, полный набор посуды на двоих (включая кастрюлю и сковороду), холодильник, плита, вытяжка, хорошая стиральная машина, чистый (без запаха плесени, что для Батуми просто чудо) кондиционер, большой телевизор и нормальный роутер со стабильным интернетом. Также были одноразовые гели/шампуни, зубные щетки, масло, соль, чай и даже кофе и небольшая электротурка для него. Квартира очень уютная, безупречно чистая, в ней очень приятно находится. Сама Майя — чрезвычайно отзывчивая хозяйка, связалась заранее, чтобы уточнить дату прибытия и предоставила инструкцию по заселению. Заезд самостоятельный, так что проблем с ранним/поздним прибытием не возникнет. Рекомендую от всей души! Майя, спасибо!

oleg and his partner were more than accommodating... i stayed multiple month in different units in alliance palace with them... any problems or concerns were dealt with in a timely and professional manner... great property and great host... i recommend 1000%

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.

I’d like to leave some feedback about these apartments. First of all, I was really impressed by how fast the owner responds — it was incredibly pleasant. The replies came instantly, always clear and on point. I never had to wait — even simple questions like how to turn on the AC or heating were answered immediately. Secondly, the apartment has absolutely everything you need: cooking utensils, coffee maker, iron, cleaning supplies — even candles in case of a power outage (which actually happened one night, and the candles were really helpful!). I also had situations where I needed to cancel or change the booking, request a change of bed linen — and everything was handled quickly and with full understanding. No refusals, just solutions. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a great view and perfect location. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Georgia. Thank you so much — I wish you even more happy guests and tourists!

İrina harika bir ev sahibi. Misafirler için her şeyi en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünmüş. Daire fotoğraftakinin aynısıydı. Tertemizdi ve kendi evimiz gibi hissettirdi. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha yolumuz Batum’a düşerse tekrardan burada konaklamak isteriz.

The house was easy to find, the owner provided clear instructions for moving in. The apartment was super clean! I give a special like for the presence of washing gel/soap and other things (I didn't have to buy separately, as happens in some apartments). The apartment is completely consistent with the photos. There is everything you need. And of course, I can't help but appreciate the beautiful view from the window! Believe me, it's worth it! 🥰 Of the minuses (this is for me personally, for someone it's okay) - the noise level from the neighbors. A couple of times it was noisy until 8 am 🥺 But overall I recommend the apartment! 🩷

Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

the room was nice and cozy with a beautiful view on the seaside. the location was great, easy to reach the seaside, nearby parks, malls, etc. The room owners were very responsive and supportive. Overall, there were some minor negative things: * the elevators were always overcrowded and one should wait at least 10-15 minutes, * even if the location is great, at the same time it is quite noisy for some periods of a day - cars horning on the streets because of traffic jams, * a parking place is quite difficult to find.

Отличная квартира, в удобном районе города. Внутри было все, что обещал хозяин квартиры Рядом много магазинов с продуктами и ресторанов. До набережной очень близко, и такси до старого центра стоит недорого Николоз всегда был на связи и помогал при заселении, спасибо огромное!

An excellent place to stay. Very spacious, with beautiful views of the waterfront and planes taking off and landing. The host is responsive and always helpful, quickly addressing any requests. The apartment is warm and has everything you need. The neighborhood is under development, so there might be some construction activity, but I believe this will improve soon.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Нам с женой очень понравилось - номер чистый , интернет очень быстрый и комфортный для просмотра фильмов , в душе вода комфортная, без скачков с холодной на горячую. Вся техника в номере работает , кондиционер рабочий, балкон шикарен для работы , если туда вынести кресло. Спасибо !
