Квартира соответствует описанию, тихо, красивый вид с балкона.Есть отопление, единственное чего не хватает - это микроволновка.

Останавливались у Валерии на новогодние каникулы. Как же приятно было, что квартира украшена гирляндами, что наполняет ощущением дома и праздника. Это крайне заботливо со стороны Валерии. Квартира чистая и уютная. На кухне есть все необходимое и даже больше, чем ожидаешь. Постельное белье было чистым и хорошего качества. Только позитивное впечатление от проживания. Валерия предупредительно включила отопление к нашему приезду и в квартире было тепло. Вид открывается потрясающий из окна. Месторасположение очень удачное, рядом бульвар и множество ресторанов и кафе. Обязательно будем останавливаться здесь в случае нашего приезда.

My wife and I rented Temur's flat for about 2 months and we were both very satisfied with our decision. First off, the interior of the flat is expertly built and the quality is very high, including the appliances. The flat is large and fit for entertaining guests with all the stylish furniture, plates, and cups Temur has in place. There was one previous review that mentioned an issue with slow internet. This issue has been addressed and the speed is very good now. During our long stay we only had one maintenance issue which unfortunately happened late and night, around 11pm. Temur immediately responded and came to fix the issue himself. Temur was very responsive to any questions or issues we had throughout the stay. He also works nearby so that is an added benefit. The location is great. The building itself was kept very clean and in good order. Overall our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend staying with Temur.

Badri has a beautiful place, which is just next to the batumi botanical garden. So you’re super near to the city yet situated in a lush and calm place. The view is 10/10.

Everything was great, Nino is a really good and responsive host. The location is super and the apartment is delightful. We only had one small issue with sofa bed – it was too hard to sleep on, but Nino had an extra mattress for it, so it was fine. We’ll definitely come back again someday :)

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.

Very comfortable modern apartment located close to the beach and easy walk into the old town; extremely responsive and friendly host who made sure that the stay went well, thank you Ronnie!

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

This was an amazing experience! The apartment is located in the best resort I have ever been in the region, with multiple swimming pools, restaurants, aqua park, beach bars, private beach, tennis courts etc. Apartment itself is spacious, with the balcony and sea view and fully furnished with all necessities. Both living room and bedroom, are equipped with TVs. Host was very helpful and responsive, gave us also very good and helpful tips. In overall we had an amazing time there and the price was also great! Definitely recommend to everyone. In my view it is the best place to stay in Adjara region.

Все было замечательно. Удобные апартаменты с хорошим видом и удобным местоположением. Рядом много хороших ресторанов и магазинов. В апартаментах было все необходимое.

Нам с женой очень понравилось - номер чистый , интернет очень быстрый и комфортный для просмотра фильмов , в душе вода комфортная, без скачков с холодной на горячую. Вся техника в номере работает , кондиционер рабочий, балкон шикарен для работы , если туда вынести кресло. Спасибо !

Viskas buvo tiesiog tobula – apartamentai švarūs, jaukūs ir pilnai atitiko aprašymą. Vaizdas pro langą – įspūdingas, ypač vakare! Lokacija puiki – netoli jūra, parduotuvės, kavinės. Šeimininkas labai draugiškas, atsakė į visus klausimus, bendravimas buvo greitas ir sklandus. Tikrai rekomenduoju visiems, ieškantiems komfortiškos ir patikimos vietos apsistoti Batumyje. Jei grįšiu – apsistosiu vėl čia!

Анна отличный хозяин.Заселение было хорошо организовано.Отличные апартаменты на 2 этаже. Красивый балкон с диванчиком и креслами и обеденным столом.На территории построили ещё один большой красивый бассейн, как в 5* отелях.Так же на территории открылся супермаркет ,аптека и сувенирная лавка Много красивых фонтанов и мест где можно насладиться прекрасными видами (Скай бар 19 этаж ).

The renter has always been polite and helpful. The flat was clean and tidy. The only problem was about the elevators. Two of them weren't working so it was taking a lot of time to reach your floor. But of course this isn't about the renter. Thank you again for everything. All worth staying there!

Вилла исключительная, соответствует описанию. Дом просторный, есть замечательная лужайка, где мы устроили пикник. Дом находится в очень спокойном и тихом районе, чистый воздух, красивые горы и до берега не далеко. На кухне есть вся необходимая техника. Хозяин дома, помог с арендой машины. Также рассказал о ближайших достопримечательностях. Огромное спасибо ему за проявленное гостеприимство. С удовольствием остановимся в этом доме и в следующий раз.

Rita und Roy sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber! Hier wird man rundum mit allen möglichen Leckereien versorgt. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr sauber. Wenn man einen Allrounder-Urlaub mit gutem Essen und Wein, familiärer Atmosphäre und Ausflügen haben möchte, ist man hier sehr gut audgehoben! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Habt ganz vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt ☺️

Очень хороший дом с большой гостинной, терассой с шезлонгами и зонтами от солнца)))а так же с обеденной зоной на открытом воздухе) Чистая, большая кухня. Прекрасный вид на море и горы) чистые уютные номера, свежее постельное и полотенца))Радушный прием и гостеприимство хозяев)) Единственный момент , находится высоковато , для пешей доступности от пляжа) С машиной идеальный вариант. Спасибо ОГРОМНОЕ, отдыхом остались довольны 🤗
