The apartment is in the new comfortable house Gumbati, in the city center, Haidar Abashidze and Gorgasali recess. 12 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the park on May 6. There's a 24-hour store in the house. All amenities nearby, no noisy bars around,cozy and peaceful. The apartment has an isolated bedroom with a working space and a spacious closet. There is a folding sofa in the kitchen. There is air conditioning & purifing, heated floor, all appliances, tableware, dishwasher and bathroom.

2 rooms apartment (60m²) on the 4th and last floor, (block 4) with view on the beach and direct access to a private beach of the hotel. The hotel complex "Dreamland Oasis" 5* offers about 500 beds, with a beautiful botanical garden inside the complex. It has 4 outdoor swimming pools, (open during the summer season) and an aqua-park especially appreciated by children. It also offers several restaurants, bars, playrooms, a cinema and a private secure beach. No animals in my flat.

Апартаменты с одной спальней , гостиной ( раскладывающийся просторный диван) и кухней, а так же с просторным балконом с видом на море ,расположены на огороженной территории комплекса с несколькими бассейнами, детскими спортивными и игровыми площадками. Расстояние до моря не более 100 метров. На пляже имеются шезлонги и полотенца. Так же на территории комплекса несколько ресторанов на любой вкус и аквапарк. Идеальное место для отдыха всей семьей в 12 км от ж/д вокзала Батуми.

Всё просто: спокойное жилье с видом на море и горы, в центре города. В квартире 2 спальни, ванна с джакузи, зал с телевизором и обеденной зоной, оборудованная кухня с плитой, духовкой, холодильником и микроволновкой, WIFI, кондиционер, центральное отопление. Рядом с домом рестораны, супермаркеты, кондитерская Дона на 1 этаже. Квартира находится рядом с центральным парком, в 200 м от дома, до моря 900 м. Расстояние до международного аэропорта Батуми 4,5 км.
