We had a great weekend in this wonderful house. The house is very spacious, perfect for a large group, all the photos perfectly match reality: three large bedrooms with very comfortable and spacious beds, entertainment rooms with a console and board games, a huge bathroom with a toilet, also an additional toilet on the ground floor, as well as a sauna and jacuzzi - delightful! The house is very clean, everything is thought through to the smallest detail: in the kitchen you will find everything you need, as well as a lot of towels and blankets for everyone. We will definitely come back again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Super quiet house. Plenty of space for different stays. Nice balcony overlooking the woods. All rooms are very spacious, there is plenty of space. The house is on the way alone adjacent to a forest. During the walks with the dogs, we did not meet hikers in April. So if you want to have your peace and quiet, the house and the forest are just right, we would love to come back. Nice communication with host Jochen. Everything being clean. Thank you

We had a great time at the atypical installation house. The accommodation is in a great location for discovering the surrounding villages. The accommodation is clean, bed sheets and bath towels are made available by the host. The accommodation has several floors, and a lot of stairs, two of which are spiral. Iveta is a great host, very responsive and attentive during our stay. We thank her for her kindness and availability.

We thank you for the exceptionally beautiful and well-maintained accommodation. The tasteful and lovingly designed interior impressed us very much and created a very special atmosphere in which we felt extremely comfortable from the start. We have already taken many trips and got to know different accommodations – but this is undoubtedly one of the best we have ever lived in. It was such a pleasure to spend our time in this stylish home. We thank Anna-Sophia and Christian again and definitely recommend their place.

Great stay. Got an extra cot. Nice space, big and lots of space. Nice the family room in which you have everything, convenient with child and the warmth. Clean and all amenities will be there. Nice to take the cable car to Koblenz. Beautiful surroundings. Plenty of places to eat.

Nicole and Elmer’s place is beautiful. My four friends and I visited over the weekend and had an amazing time. We were able to sunbathe, cook, play games, and relax in the common space. We came home fully rested and recharged. I would recommend it to anyone looking to take a break from the city and enjoy some time off work. Nicole and Elmer are incredibly helpful, always respond within minutes, and are truly amazing hosts. :)

Accommodation as described, contact with Oliver was very good, location in the Middle Rhine Valley very convenient. Immediate hospital was not audible/disruptive at night. Would recommend!

We had a nice stay in this large house. Large kitchen where everything was present, even some food such as coffee milk, which is nice. In addition, there was a bottle of wine ready for us. Fun art in the dining room. It is also possible to buy drinks in the apartment, which is nice if you have nothing with you. Lots of bathrooms too, nice with a large group. Parking at the door is also helpful. We did find the cleaning fee on the high side and we didn't like the beds. Some beds had 2 different mattresses which was uncomfortable.

The farmhouse features a charming exterior with traditional slate siding and decorative gables. A spacious driveway provides ample parking, while vibrant landscaping, including a small tree, complements the inviting entrance. Adjacent is a barn with classic timber framing, highlighting local architectural styles.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is cozy and well equipped, which made our stay very pleasant. All the important things were there, and we were able to reach many great excursion destinations in just 15-30 minutes. One small drawback was the dining table, which is a bit tight to eat due to the space. However, this did not stop us from enjoying the time in the apartment. Some opportunities for improvement would be: - Provision of Zewa towels - A hair dryer would be helpful - A high chair would be convenient for families with small children Overall we had a very nice time and would definitely recommend the apartment!
