Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

In the historic cellar from 1371 you will find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein". The house was completely renovated from 2014-2016.

The old town is a 5-minute walk away and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who is also happy to give good tips :-)

We rent a studio apartment that has 3 levels and is 75 m². It is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) in a 3-family house. We live with our 2 dogs and a cat on the ground floor, who are friendly to all people. It is a quiet, green area and you have nearby (450 m) shopping facilities (Netto, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser...). Bus connection to the city: 5/15. We ask guests not to leave pets alone.

In our small courtyard, cozy seating areas await you. Our house can be a wonderful place to meet family and friends. From here you can hike the Rheinsteig, take boat tours or start with the Rhine Valley Railway to Frankfurt or Koblenz.

Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free of charge also in the side streets.
