Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ko Tao

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Alissias Apartment. Die Lage am Sairee Besch it super und für den günstigen Preis haben wir auf ganz Koh Tao nichts vergleichbares finden können! Die Unterkunft war zudem sehr sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der leicht modrige Geruch in der Wohnung, der sich nach ein paar Tagen auch in den Klamotten festgesetzt hat. Trotzdessen würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

The villa was beautiful everything was great and the staff and Marie were really responsive and helpful. The walk is long and steep to the beach and shops. We cut through one of the resorts near by to walk on the beach which is far better than the road and made it quicker. You can literally walk back to the port this was and Mr Ooh the taxi driver was really prompt and reliable

Die Unterkunft war genau so wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Alles super sauber und die Gastgeberin war extrem freundlich und konnte auf Fragen sehr schnell reagieren. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great stay! Really cool place and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, the beach, etc. We loved the rooftop hangout spot, especially good on a couple rainy afternoons we had!

Diese Villa ist ein Traum! Wir haben jeden einzelnen Tag sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar, die Unterkunft ist klasse! Vor Ort haben wir super Tipps bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La chambre est très bien, et idéalement placé. Les hôtes sont très gentils et très réactif lorsque vous en avez besoin ! Je recommande 😊

Host was extremely responsive all day, if I needed something I just had to ask. Place had an amazing view, close by everything and very private up in the jungle. 10/10 would recommend if you’re staying in Koh Tao!!

Excellent place to stay in Koh Tao. It is a 20-minute walk to the Sairee Beach area, but of course you should rent a motorbike, and then it will only take about 5 minutes. So it has the benefit of being much quieter and more peaceful than Sairee while still being close to everything. The space itself is good, with plenty of privacy for two people to sleep separately, plus a comfortable porch. The amenities are simple but there are also two large smart TVs. Robert is a very helpful and professional host, and there is someone working at the front desk from 8:00 - 21:30 every day. Robert and the front desk staff were always responsive to any issues. Provided laundry service for a reasonable fee. One downside: the plumbing in the bathrooms was not good. My friend's toilet leaked onto the floor with every flush, though it didn't seem like it was dirty water that was leaking. My toilet had very weak pressure, creating some unfortunate problems. But this is probably just Koh Tao plumbing.

Great, inviting place. We enjoyed the patio space very much! Make sure to get extra insect/mosquito repellent. Would suggest to others on location, space. Nicely tucked away from the main road noise. Wifi spotty yet tolerable. Thank you for having us!

A beautiful apartment to stay in, we were there for 6 nights and it was perfect. So quiet only can hear the animals outside but a very short moped drive to the beach/main area. Also the 2 balconies were brilliant for a bit of breakfast outside.

Lovely few days stay at the Koh Tao Heights Studio Apartments! The apartment was very clean and homely. We cooked dinner in the kitchen every night and ate on our lovely terrace with a beautiful view overlooking the bay of Sairee beach! The bed was very comfy and the tv/speaker system was excellent. We had a film night one of our evenings and played music on the speakers whilst we cooked. Loved the bathroom! The cosmetics smelt lovely. Our hosts were very friendly, very responsive on message and very amenable. They late us check out later than usual on our last day for no extra charge as they didn’t have another guest that night. Would 10/10 recommend!

I really enjoyed staying in that apartment! The way to get there is a bit difficult but 100% worth it!

Great place to stay. You need a scooter to go around island. There is a nice view from the balcony, small entrance to the sea and generally a lot of stairs. The apartment was clean. Very basic furniture, but it's enough. The water was chilly and very pleasant after each long day.

Had a nice stay at Alissia’s. Check in was easy and she was extremely helpful throughout the stay. The Airbnb is about 10 minutes from the main area of Sairee Beach but up a slightly steep hill which does mean it’s a bit quieter away from the main strip but may not be ideal if you’re not good with hills especially at night. Definitely recommend renting a bike if you can! The place was pretty clean and very spacious, the only issue I had was the shower would sometimes flood the bathroom a bit due the position of the main shower head which couldn’t be moved and there’s no shower door. Overall a great stay for a few days and Alissia was such a brilliant host and helped me organise a taxi to take me to the pier. Thank you for a lovely few days.

Had a perfect stay here. One of the most beautiful locations and views I have stayed in. Host is great and super helpful, keeps you in the loop with ongoing maintenance in the area, as well as an in depth itinerary of things to do in Koh Tao. House super clean, beds super comfy & once again the view at sunset is incredible - way worth staying up in the hills as oppose to down on the beach where everybody is, if you want a special experience.

Great place to stay with a fantastic view and a great host that made us feel very welcome. The place was nice and clean when we arrived and the view was incredible especially as a first timer in the islands of Thailand. Overrall very pleased with our stay and extremely satisfied with the hosts hospitality. We will be visiting again soon :)

Wonderful place and Raine is an incredible host. She organized everything, communicated very quickly and told us everything.

This is a great stay at a reasonable price. There's a great view from the deck. The pool is deep and refreshing. Aircon worked great. Everything was as described. The caretaker Lin is fantastic. He is always very responsive and knows a lot about a lot. They had 2 nice scooters waiting and ready for us on arrival. I'd say scooters are a must at this location, although I'm sure Lin could seamlessly set up a taxi for you at your request. This place splits the distance difference between Ao Leuk and Tanote beaches which in my opinion area the best beaches. Great snorkeling and nice beaches and bars/restaurants over looking that clear blue water. Sairee and Mae Haad beaches are less than 10 minutes from the Koh Tao Studios where there's many restaurants, bars and shops. Peaceful place where all you hear is the sounds of geckos and kingfishers. Can't wait to come back.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 5 Personen in Apartment 2. Die Wohnung bietet wunderbar Platz für 5 Personen. Der Pool ist stets gereinigt. Die Wohnung wird alle 4 Tage von einer Reinigungskraft gereinigt, Betten neu bezogen und Handtücher gewaschen - hervorragend -. Die Wohnung bietet ansonsten alles was man sich wünscht. Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben der Beschreibung. Das war aber noch nicht alles. Während der Mietdauer steht einem die tolle Frau Raine zur Seite. Sie hilft einem bei allen Fragen die man hat: Wo ist das nächste Restaurant? Wo kann ich dieses bestimmte Produkt kaufen? Können Sie meine Wäsche abholen lassen zum Waschen? Können Sie uns essen bestellen? Können Sie uns ein Taxi rufen? usw… Frau Raine hat immer eine Antwort drauf und hilft einen freundlich. Frau Raine ist der Grund, wieso ich diese Unterkunft auf jeden fall nochmal buchen werde. Fazit: Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, alles ist sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben.
