Access to the apartment is via a concrete road which makes it within easy walking distance to Sairee town , the home of some of the best restaurants and nightlife on Koh Tao . Villa Seaview Garden is a fantastic apartment with a stunning ocean views looking out to the world famous Nang Yuan Island. It is a large area totalling 140 sqm, with 3 large bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, living room area and large balcony so there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view! Guests also have access to the large terrace and swimming pool area. Our apartments are much more easily accessible without steep hills which makes it ideal for families staying with us.

Comfortable 2BR apartment near beach and pier!

This apartment is only a 3 minute walk from the beach, near to shops and restaurants but in a quiet environment. Two bedrooms with AC, living with fan and access to balcony, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with hot shower. Wifi included. EDIT: the last guest has complained about roosters 🐓, waking them up early in the morning. If some of you are light sleepers, they should choose the bedroom next to the kitchen, not the one with the balcony!

I had the best time at this accommodation, it was truly amazing. I should have booked more days—I stayed for a week and I already regret moving to my new place. This one was perfect! It had everything, it wasn’t far from the restaurants and the city center, and in any case, everything was within walking distance. Unfortunately, I got sick with the flu, and the host brought me water, paracetamol, and electrolytes. Honestly, that helped me a lot. It’s very rare to find someone that thoughtful! I have to say, this was my best stay ever. If I ever come back here, I’ll definitely book this apartment again. Go for it with your eyes closed—it was truly amazing!

The house has an amazing open space, with plenty of sitting, a spacious kitchen, and a big dinner table. The drive up is pretty steep, but you get used to it after a day. The location is high up on the mountain, so you're among nature all the time, especially with the open layout of the apartment - you can hear the birds and animals, and you're surrounded by plants, trees and all kinds of green. Even then, you are ~5 minutes away from the island's centre, the location is not that remote and very accessible on the bike. You also get your own cozy room, with a bathroom, fresh sheets, a comfortable bed, and AC. The owner is very helpful and housekeeping makes sure everything is spotless. Overall, this place is really nice and definitely worth checking out!

The hosts went above and beyond, booking our bikes for us, meeting us at the shop, and even ensuring we got back home safely. They were incredibly responsive, always available to help with anything that came up. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the cleanliness was unmatched—by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed in Thailand. What truly stood out was their attention to detail. The house had everything you could possibly need, from a first aid kit and mosquito repellent to flashlights and a comprehensive list of restaurants, takeout options, and local recommendations. Since I’m not very experienced with riding a bike and Koh Tao has a lot of steep hills (including the one leading to the house), I had some concerns before booking. The hosts took the time to make sure I would be safe before confirming the reservation, which I really appreciated. They also arranged a daily boat tour on the last minute which was really nice. thank you guys for the hospitality!
