Sam is a very caring host. I like watching international news on TV in English. At first, the condo had very limited English news channels. Sam went out of his way, and very quickly acquired a new TV program receiver for me to use. He did the installation himself. Sam is definitely a good guy, & a great AirB&B host! 👍

Stayed for 3 weeks, amazing place, felt right at home, phenomenal WiFi for a digital nomad like me. Everything works perfectly. Good restaurants nearby, good gym next door for pretty cheap.

The apartment was exactly as described with lots of free parking spaces available in the gated condomium. Beds were comfortable with several pillows to choose from. Good quality towels and linen. Lots of nice touches... tea, coffee, sugar, water, golf umbrella. Location is superb for exploring old town Phuket. Just a few minutes walk to a local shopping mall "Limelight" with food court and the lovely Indy night market on Wed/Thurs/Fri. The bus stop for the free Electric Bus service loop around the old town is just by Limelight mall. Pim is a very helpful and friendly host and we hope to stay at the apartment again the next time we visit Phuket.

We stayed for 1 month with our 1.5 y.o. son and very satisfied overall. Apartment was clean, equipped with everything we need and looked just like at еру photos. Condo itself is nice, has a beautiful courtyard with swimming pool (also clean). Location (Kathu) is great, many beautiful places nearby and not too far from several beaches. Claude is a great host, really helpful and always in touch. If we had questions or small problems (like when AC started to leak) he solved them quickly. Great experience, definitely recommend this place.
