Condo vacation rentals in Ko Olina

I don’t know where to start, it was beyond expectation! The location was unbelievable, and the views from the room made you not even want to leave :-) eating breakfast on the balcony was just amazing every morning! The area was perfect, so private and low-key and quiet just what we wanted. Taking a walk up and down the lagoons was also very nice to have so close by. The pools, the bar everything were just a step above. Hawaii is just amazing but to have this as your base to go out and explore is just perfect! I couldn’t recommend it more highly and I’m sure we’ll save this for the next time we come out.

This spot was perfect for what we wanted! Clean and with a full kitchen (minus the oven), close walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Parking was included too which was an even bigger deal than we thought. Danica was a great host, always polite and responsive to messages through the Airbnb app. Would 100% recommend!

This rental was amazing. It had tons of amenities for our traveling family. Staff was super friendly and responsive. The pools on site were wonderful and we spent most of our time on property. The beach and lagoon were just steps away and were not overly crowded. Many activities and amenities just steps away, ideal location. Highly recommend!

Weili and Adam’s condo was absolutely beautiful! The valet service always had top tier customer service and were extremely helpful. The condo itself was just as beautiful as the photos. We seriously could not get over the view and the balcony! Everything was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. We really appreciate how welcoming and accommodating Weili and Adam was our whole trip. They are the nicest hosts ever! We would love to stay again in the future. Thank you so much, Weili and Adam!

4.5 STARS if I could post that rating. This Airbnb is operated by a property rental company not an individual. The property, building and unit is safe and has security with reception on site. 4 STARS (Challenging prepping meals) At the beginning it was difficult and disappointing with preparing food for the family. If you intend to cook meals and bring your food to the beach be well prepared. Tupperware, foil, saran wrap, cooking oil and containers that preserve meals are unavailable. 5 STARS The room was tidy and quiet. The ocean view and sunset at Lahilahi Point is breath taking.

Thu's unit was exactly as described in the listing. We had our family of 5, and we were super comfortable the entire stay. Two large bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, welcoming living room, kitchen, and beautiful lanai. The complex or resort the unit is in Ko Olina Beach Villas was very well-run, with beautiful pools and grounds. All common areas were incredibly clean and the building seemed to be very well run by management there. My kids loved the pools, we loved the peacefulness of the pool area compared to the experiences we've had at the two neighboring resorts Marriott and Disney. We would love to return to Thu's unit and KOBV on our next vacation!

Great location . Walking distance to Aulani and Four seasons . Costco is within 2 miles . Sherry was great and very responsive . We will return again in future . Half of our party stayed at Aulani and we walked back and forth. The view from this Condo was better than our 2 bedroom villa at Aulani . Very spacious and lovely view .

The view was stunning! I loved sleeping at night and just hearing the ocean😍 I enjoyed my stay and felt like I was home. I will 100% stay again. The host was responsive and friendly. Thank you for letting me stay.

We had a great stay in Jimmy's place. It felt comfortable and cozy. It was spacious enough for a family of four. The TV has lots of channels and apps. They also provide board games inside the unit, which is a very nice touch. The place is close to the beach. Jimmy has beach equipment that we were able to use. These were very helpful to us since we don't need to bring them during our travel. They have beach chairs and toys. They also have an umbrella so we didn't need to rent from the stalls. Outside, there are food trucks that open late in the afternoon. Overall, Jimmy's place is a great complement that made our trip enjoyable and relaxed.

The apartment was in a great location. 15 min drive from airport, easy bus routes right outside into Waikiki. 10 mins walk to Chinatown with a fresh food market and great bakeries. Short walk to Safeway too. Can recommend Fete restaurant 5 mins walk. Reported a broken toaster and Jill delivered a new one that evening. Appreciated beach equipment too.

Toni’s place was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and communication with Toni was excellent throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Staying at this lovely condo in Turtle Bay helped us start our Hawaii trip with deep relaxation and ease. It had everything we needed and more including beach towels, chairs and umbrella, fully stocked kitchen and a huge comfy king bed all in super well decorated surroundings. Easy walk to the public beach and hotel restaurants! We loved our time on the North Shore so much and this place was the perfect spot to come back to.

The place was exactly as described. The view from the patio and bedroom was breathtaking. Very clean and easy to get in and out. James & Mira were so very responsive with recommendations on where to eat and what I should go do based on my interest. They responded within minutes of any questions I had. The housewarming gift was a nice touch. I wish the pool would have been available but that was out of their control due to remodel (this was in the description before booking so not caught by surprise). But as they described the beach is literally a 3-minute walk. The only issue I had was finding the parking garage but that also was google maps sending me in circles. I contacted James and Mira and they were quick to apologize even though it was not their fault and asked how they could improve moving forward. I would most definitely stay again and well worth the price.

We had a fantastic stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everyone says it’s just a short walk from the beach with a great view but you don’t realize the proximity until you’re there. Just beautiful! Bed was super comfy and clean. Plenty of mirrors & air conditioning worked great. Lots of little amenities like a boogie board and Keurig, utensils, etc. Bar on the second floor, amazing açaí bowls around the corner, flamingos across the street, I mean, what more can you ask for? We loved it!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb in Honolulu. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and exactly as pictured (if not better). The location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to [mention nearby spots like Waikiki, Diamond Head, local markets, or beaches], yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet when I needed it. The home had thoughtful touches that made a difference: beach towels, coffee, local snacks, or guidebooks. The host was communicative, respectful of privacy, and clearly takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.

Jason helped us find a 2BR villa during spring break(which was nearly impossible!). We stayed at the Marriot in Ko Olina. The villa was amazing and the views were just awesome. Jason was easy to reach and responded very fast. Marriot staff was amazing and my family had an amazing time, the waters were sort of rough throughout the other beaches but the lagoon at the Marriot was perfect calm waters for my small children.

Really liked this place! It was handy to have a beach mat and chairs in the Airbnb.

The place was amazing. Just far enough away from the city for some peace and some amazing views. But close enough that everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. Parking always available. The pool was great and the water was always the right temp. All the amenities were as listed.

Mari was very responsive and helped out if we had issues. Location is perfect! Beautiful beach views and large windows with great lighting all day! Many fans and an A/C unit. Balcony was great with the day bed and stools. Kid friendly, and a pack and play was provided. this property was a 5 minute walk to the beach and main drag of restaurants. Parking was a bit tight and you have to call the front desk to be let into the garage. Overall, an amazing stay and we would definitely book again!

We stayed at the Pacific Monarch from May 20–28 and had a great experience. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for the beach—including umbrellas, backpack chairs, and boogie boards, which were incredibly convenient. While the listing mentioned an ocean view, it's worth noting that it’s more of a partial side ocean view—but still lovely to wake up to. Check-in was seamless, and we appreciated the ease of having on-site parking, which cost $35/day. One of our favorite features was the rooftop area. It offers fantastic panoramic views, a nice pool, a small jacuzzi, and even a sauna and lounge area—great spots to relax after a day out. The location is unbeatable. We were walking distance from lots of amazing food spots, and everything we needed was close by. A special shout-out to IYASUME Musubi, located right next to the hotel—it became our go-to breakfast grab on the way to the beach. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we’d definitely consider re

Great spot on west Oahu. Cool property in a great location. Special mention as Chris’s management team was really responsive and helpful literally as I was checking in and the hotel couldn’t find my reservation. Mind you this was late on a Saturday night, and the team took care of it in real time as it was happening. Would pay a bit more to work with a team who takes care of their guests like that.

Great place! Feels like you’re right at the resort. You’re the farthest condo from the beach but still not a long walk. Easy drive to any beach in the area. Amazing location for private and calm surroundings. Frances did a great job communicating with us and giving recommendations!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect because it was close to the beach, had great food spots nearby, and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere, and having parking included was a huge plus. The place had all the essentials and made for a comfortable and easy stay. Would definitely recommend!
