Monthly Rentals in Ko Mai Phai

The place is great but you have to rent a scooter. Not very far from the center and the beach 5 minutes by scooter. Otherwise the place is rather quiet, relaxing, clean and the pool is very nice but be careful not to go there for lengths it's just to relax. I recommend! The staff is nice but be careful you must have a knowledge of English, although the applications will help you well 😉

Paspicha and her family welcomed me very nicely and have a lovely compound. The room was very clean, everything worked and it was well equipped. They even let me use their bicycle when I needed it. I would recommend to anyone to stay there!

This is my second time coming back, and they never disappoint. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and make me feel so safe and appreciated! I recommend staying here if you will be in krabi it is worth the price :). Any questions I had, they answered. 😊

Ice was very kind and helpful, I couldn't get a ride for a Muay Thai class so she helped get me there right on time. The view from the rooftop is beautiful and so is the location being beside the mountains. It's far enough from the main st to be quiet, and it is walkable. There's also laundry service nearby. My only issue at the time was that I noticed a mold smell which came from a leaky bathroom sink. I told Ice about it and she ensured that she will have it fixed so that shouldn't be a problem. I also noticed that mold from moisture is a common issue in humid countries. The place is older but very spacious, it's pretty good value for the price. Ice is very responsive and can also offer suggestions for things to do in the area
