Good size house for 4-5 people. Very cheap with the nature of the place. There is parking in the fence. Peaceful and private. Perfect for relaxing to continue your trip. This was the perfect oasis. We were a group of 3 grandmas, 4 teenage granddaughters, myself, and my 4-year old daughter. Our purpose was to go somewhere quiet with a pool and near the beach where the kids could play, the grandmas could relax, and I could finish writing my book. Kenneth's place did not disappoint on any point. The house was so beautiful, and we loved the floor to ceiling windows where we could view the ocean from any spot. The large veranda made a great gathering place for meals and chats. The aircons worked very well, although even in the heat of the day, we didn't need to turn them on because the breeze from the ocean was so nice. The showers were super hot and had great pressure. The beach was pristine and super quiet. Even though we were a group of ladies and the place is somewhat secluded, the neighborhood atmosphere gave us a feeling of security. There was always a guard on duty and other staff working around the properties. We will definitely holiday here again.

We spent a month in this apartment and were very happy with our choice. The apartment with balcony and roof terrace is exactly as it looks in the photos. Communication with Kenneth was great. He provided us with a driver for arriving from the airport in Bangkok, who took us very reliably to Surin Beach and back. The bed was a bit too hard for me and I hardly said it, I already got a topper. The site is super well maintained. We rented a Saleng (a scooter with sidecar) from Kenneth, with which we could drive to the village about 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants, shopping and massages to choose from. However, there are also two restaurants very close to the beach. We will be back.

Fantastic apartment with great views, you can sit very nicely on the balcony. We rented a small sailboat from Kenneth, a great experience.

Lovely quiet spot on a simple stretch of beach. The area is quite safe and the expats in the area seem to be largely Swedish retirees. There is a quaint national park adjacent to the community.

Id’s place was amazing. Everyone was super helpful and always happy to answer any questions. The breakfast Id provided was phenomenal and we couldn’t believe the thought and care that went into it. They all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible. We are very grateful for the experience that we had.

Incredible staff and caring about the details in the villa.The pool and outdoor eating area are lovely and provide stunning views of the sea.Complementary water. Cayak boat, lovely kitchen zone . Also we used the swimming pool and also tanning in the sun-bed chairs. Chonnikan and team very kind and helpful. I love the ceramic in the villa and the amazing view to the garden with the coconut tree.
