House vacation rentals in Ko Lak

Perfect stay! The spacious villa just steps from our private beach exceeded expectations. With a clean pool and peaceful location away from tourist crowds, it was amazing. While the furnishings aren't the newest, the villa provided outstanding comfort. The layout was perfect for our family - our children could stay independently upstairs while we had our private space on the ground floor - what more could you ask for? :-) The highlight was Miss BB, wonderful staff member. She took care of everything - cleaning, cooking, laundry, advice, and even gave us gifts - we'll miss her dearly! This was the perfect escape from busy Thailand. We experienced authentic fishing village life, rode tuk-tuks, enjoyed local food, markets and festivals, explored nearby national parks, and loved the local hospitality. Special thanks to Nicki for arranging perfect accommodation, airport transfers, and car rental. A fantastic experience for our whole family.

We have enjoyed 3 weeks in Yvonne's house Naam Thai 3. Together with children and grandchildren, we really enjoyed the house with a wonderful pool that was used extensively. (The pool attendant has been an asset and should be commended) Yvonne has been perfect as a landlord and reachable when needed, but on site Phia service takes care of everything with praise. The house has everything you need and is in a private environment, dogs are of course also in Huay Yang but just close the gate and they are kept outside. The first grandchildren said when they saw the house and the pool: it was worth the 14 hour trip. Huay yang is a cozy fishing village with everything you need, from food to massages and beaches, always smiling people. We hope to come back . Peter

A fantastic little house with all the comforts needed. The house is located in a well-kept area with about 20-30 houses of the same size and style. A comfortable bed, seating area on the deck and AC/fan in all rooms. The pool was crawling distance and by it there were sun loungers, showers and umbrellas. A childhood part in the pool and plus for the jacuzzi. Right outside the area there was a bigger swimming pool for exercise swimming. The house is next door to the Swedish school and it is walking distance to the nearest restaurant and shop although it is always best to rent a mop. Many nice beach spots nearby. I can highly recommend Huay Yang, Coconut and Nantaporn&Emil as a host for a peaceful and pleasant holiday in genuine Thailand. We would love to come back!

Lovely quiet spot on a simple stretch of beach. The area is quite safe and the expats in the area seem to be largely Swedish retirees. There is a quaint national park adjacent to the community.

Good size house for 4-5 people. Very cheap with the nature of the place. There is parking in the fence. Peaceful and private. Perfect for relaxing to continue your trip. And it is also close to many beautiful beaches. The owner of the house is very kind. Very helpful and helpful. Quick to respond. Thank you.

The villa is very nicely located and is guaranteed to be fun. We really enjoyed being there as a family. The reception and Nadia are very friendly and respond quickly. All in all, we were very please. There are 2 things we need to mention: 1) We couldn't use the kitchen because it had no electricity. We told Nadia, but somehow there was a misunderstanding. When checking out, we learned from the receptionist that it was forgotten to unlock the kitchen for us. That was a shame, because we could not prepare our morning meal and had to change. 2) The floor throughout the house was not very clean. The feet got dirty very quickly. You could also see that well in the backlight. But we absolutely recommend the place. It's a very nice house and the surroundings/beach are beautiful. We had a great time.

The house is very clean and quiet. The landlord takes care of it very well. Close to the market, close to 7-Eleven, close to the beach, a short drive to everywhere. Very convenient. If you visit Prachuap again, I will definitely come back to stay here.

Incredibly nice house with according to us the best location in huay yang. Well-maintained and safe area with nice pools. Close to several great restaurants! Other than that, everything was great! We even extended our stay because we enjoyed ourselves so much! Will definitely come back!

We loved staying at Caroline’s place in Nishaville. It is a unique little community, with great amenities and a perfect location. We loved spending days moving back and forth between the beach and the pool, working out at the fitness center, and exploring local restaurants on our saleng (3 wheeled motorcycle). The air conditioning in the main area kept us cool during the day, and the bedroom air conditioning kept us cool and well rested at night. Caroline was very responsive to questions and helped us get settled, and the staff was great as well. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful large house with everything you need for a longer stay. Even a washing machine is available. The house is only 7 minutes away from the beach, but you need a means of transportation, which in our case was a moped. The landlord is very nice, gladly helped us. He lives very close by. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful. The house and the grounds are very well kept. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We will be back very soon. Thanks again for the best stay.
