Faith was a great host and very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay at the house which was a beautiful setting and great access to the lake. We will definitely return for another trip to this location.

Drew’s home is in a beautiful setting and very quiet. It is short walking distance to Kenyon. We loved the natural light, comfortable beds, and well-stocked kitchen. A very easy place to stay if visiting Gambier.

Just as described. October visit, house was toasty warm and comfortable sleeping. We like the old home charm.

Our group of 6 cousins had a great weekend at the Blue Heron! We had everything we needed and enjoyed the electric fireplace upon our rainy arrival. Some of us walked in the neighborhood and all of us enjoyed an afternoon in the charming Mt. Vernon — a lovely square, unique shops and restaurants. Be sure to check out Half Baked for amazing sweets — including macarons — and other brunch/lunch items. Lots of vegan and GF items! Also stop into “Old Mr. Bailiwick's” on Gay St - an old-time apothecary.

Our stay at Forest’s Airbnb was amazing! From start to finish, everything was seamless - clear instructions, super easy check-in, and thoughtful touches everywhere. The house was spotless, cozy, and even better than the photos and description. The kitchen was incredibly spacious and Forest stocked the place with every amenity we could imagine, including tons of snacks and drinks! It’s also in a perfect location, just a short walk to campus. Forest was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful, and organized. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This was a lovely home to stay in. Comfortable, clean, spacious and a nice open area outside to hang out. Vince and Whitney were easy to communicate with, made themselves available and provided a truly nice atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!!

The hosts were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their camper van was amazing, and we felt right at home. It had everything you could possibly need during your stay, and even came stocked with s’mores stuff! The campground we stayed at was really nice as well. Good places to eat locally and lots to do around the park. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I just spent a week at this amazing place! The layout of the house is so cool and it’s very spacious. We spent a lot of time outside, exploring in nature. It really is a big outdoor playground! We really enjoyed swimming and using the slip and slide! This place is truly a hidden haven. While there, it feels as though you are far away in a beautiful, secluded forest, yet when in need of something, the store is only minutes away. Our hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. They responded to any questions or needs we had throughout our stay. My family and I had a fantastic time and we would definitely stay there again!

Tony’s place offers so many things…sublime book selection for those who prefer to pontificate rather then watch TV or their phone. Wonderful place for a private time & families as well. (For kids lots to do farms with cows, pigs, goats variety of birds, gophers, maybe even a couple of woodchucks) see the tractors & cool things that the heart of America was built with… remind them what it was like before we all had cell phones. Make a memory that’ll last forever no phone needed! Fields for miles=literal kid paradise..after sitting in a car waiting to get there-turn them loose in the fields out back or let them go visit the bullfrogs in the front pond with Peepers chirping away Peaceful & very safe for couples, families & kids Pool, hot tub fun for everyone!! Easy. Comfortable. Very clean.

We had a great stay at Kelly and Jennifer’s place while we were in town for a wedding. The apartment building is super nice, as well as the unit. The only issues we had was that one of the bathrooms was out of body wash, and there were dryer sheets but no laundry detergent. We bought these items on our own and notified Kelly/Jennifer. They were very apologetic and immediately refunded us the cost of those items. The only thing that could have made the trip a little better would be a second key fob. There were a few times where our group of 4 split up and having a second fob would have been really convenient. Overall, great place, great location, great stay. I would definitely stay here again!

A great option for a family of parents, grandparents and siblings in town to attend Kenyon graduation!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our week stay. Elaina was a kind, peaceful and respectful host, who answered any and all of our requests promptly via in person or text. Basement suite was tidy and had everything we needed. When I’m the area ever again, we would love to return!

Stayed here as a child and Matt had really updated the place. Wood floors. Roku tv. Sliding glass doors. The only thing is the appliances are a bit old so we had to run our clothes through the dryer a couple times and food cooked a bit uneven in the oven. But it was a wonderful experience. Quiet and beautiful. I will be back

Great place to stay for Kenyon College families. Not too far from campus.

This condo was a really nice option for Kenyon families - close by, good parking, well-stocked kitchen, extremely clean. Playground for young kids was a definite bonus!

Very cute house. Clean, comfy, near Mohican Adventures and other great places to hike. The owners clearly care about their guests as evidenced by the thoughtful way they put the home together. We really wanted to stay a few more days it was so nice and welcoming.
