Monthly Rentals in Knox County

What a cute little bungalow. A one room wonder. Milk House was easy to get to and had a couple walks to ocean views. Right on the main road but very quiet. We were prepared for the limited kitchen & were able to make 3 fabulous dinners. Get ready to unwind & unplug.

We had a great stay at this cottage. it was cute, clean and well stocked. We felt as though we were staying in someone's home not a typical Airbnb. Stayed in 3 places in Maine, this was the most comfortable one.

This lodging could not have been more perfect for me and my dog to spend the holidays. The space is immaculate, well-heated, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. The interior is bright during the day with tons of sunlight and extremely quiet at night. The house is set far from the roadway with a lovely field path to the river in the back. The wide-open field space felt very safe for my dog. The hosts are warm and kind folks, always available but also maintain privacy. I hope to stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to friends. Advice to future guests: I used my GPS every time I returned to the property because the driveway entrance sneaks up on you along a 60 MPH roadway. Good to use the turn signal early.

Our stay was amazing!! Their property is so peaceful and beautiful, and we loved walking along the trails she’s made in the backyard. The guest apartment was really clean and the perfect home base for us. We loved walking to town for coffee. Lynn was so fun to chat with and I feel lucky to have met her and to have stayed at her home! I can’t wait to come back again. Truly a perfect stay.
