We had a wonderful stay in the Dandenong Ranges! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was absolutely stunning — nestled right near beautiful bushland, it felt peaceful and secluded. Highly recommend this stay.

One of the best stays for my Airbnb experience. Great decor, squeaky clean, friendly hosts. Pemmy and her team took great care in decorating and furnishing the place. The kitchen was especially superb. We love the coffee machine. The place was quiet but a bit remote. Birds chirping in the morning and run can run into wild rabbits from time to time.

It was a great house and the house was so clean and nice. The area was nice and the layout of the house was good.

The house has everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. The supplied amenities were a welcome suprise. Fruit bowl, milk, cereal and condiments were available to us. We would definately book again.

Our stay was perfect. We wanted an easy and laid back getaway where we could go and explore the beautiful gardens and bush walks near by. The accomodation was pefect and the bath was amazing. Great place for a quick getaway!

Great spot, sunny garden with space to hang laundry, IGA grocers, Italian restaurant & fish & Chip place only a 50 yard walk away.

I had a wonderful stay in Dave's apartment. Immaculately clean, great communication with host, safe, secure, quiet, easy access, lovely view and with all the comforts of home. Within easy walking distance of everything, beach, supermarket, cafes, shops, public transport. A great place in a great spot.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This place was absolutely perfect, made even better by a host who was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went out of their way to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.
