De ligging in een heel bosrijke omgeving (rust en ontspanning) nabij Brugge (cultuur) zijn 2 grote troeven. De faciliteiten zijn een echte troef: binnenzwembad, sportterreinen, een grote vijver met privé-strand voor de bewoners en dat alles op een steenworp van de zee.
