It is equipped with kitchenette (larder fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster but no oven or hob), shower/washroom, small sofa, mezzanine level with double mattress, wood burning stove, television and private outdoor seating area with bike lock-up. Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home.

The barn conversion is a 3 bedroom property, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, sleeps 6 The cottage is in a rural Nottinghamshire village, with countryside walks on your doorstep Electric heating and electric fire Beds are made up. Pet-friendly cottage. TOWELS PROVIDED (medium sized bath towels) Before leaving please strip the beds and put sheets in the laundry basket. Please empty bins and take all food away. Please leave cottage tidy.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
