On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

We welcome you to our apartment. It is located in a quiet backyard, on the first floor overlooking the countryside. Located directly on the edge of the famous Mühltal, it offers relaxation and tranquility. Enjoy the view or use the time for a walk in the woods. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking is available either on the premises itself or in the private parking lot 50 meters away.

When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. This cozy 28m² apartment can accommodate 1-2 persons. It was renovated in 2020 and lovingly newly furnished. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a half-timbered house and has a sleeping area, a sitting area (extendable), a flat screen TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi and a bath with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob,microwave, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine and kettle.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
