Gut abgesichert nur durch eine Zufahrtsstraße vom Haus getrennt. Plus gemeinsam nutzbar: Kinderspielplatz, Griller, Feuerstelle, Essplätze, Ruderboot, 2 SUPs, Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit überdachter Terrasse.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.
