We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will provide you with access to such attractions as trekking routes, bicycle paths or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Villa Adam was built by the textile manufacturer Adam in 1925, completely renovated and modernized by us in 2014. Today it is a small grand hotel, with 6 fully furnished 4 * rooms, an open kitchen, living & dining room, balcony, & terrace, large garden, barbecue. At the foot of the "Wielka Sowa" at 450 m, there are the possibilities to use the pool and tennis court & fitness. You can use this part with the guests of the Sowia Dolina the neighboring property.
