Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Ο ξενώνας " Αγγελικά στα Ορεινά " είναι ένα συγκρότημα καταλυμάτων αποτελούμενο , από τρεις επιπλωμένες παραδοσιακές κατοικίες , μια βίλα 64τμ με σοφίτα, με 10 κλίνες που το ονομάζουμε ΑΡΚΤΟΣ, όπου μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν από 2 έως 10 άτομα , με συμβατή δόμηση και δύο αυτοδιαχειριζόμενες πέτρινες κατοικίες των 50τμ που τις ονομάζουμε ΩΡΙΩΝ & ΠΥΞΙΣ , όπου μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν από 2 έως 5 άτομα.
