A cozy appartment( 45sq.m) in front of the sea of Perea. Fully renovated in 2021.The speed of wifi is 200 mbps!!! The bus station is 30 meters away. There is a supermarket 80 meters away. You will find a lot of beach bars, traditional taverns and playgrounds while walking at the sidewalk in front of the house. It's on the first floor. There are boats that you can use from Perea to Thessaloniki. The airport is 15km from Perea and Thessaloniki is 25 km from Perea.There is a HYUNDAI i10 for rental

We had a wonderful stay at Dimitris' accommodation. Very nice house and great furnishings, everything was very clean. The area is very quiet, almost village-like and you have a great view of the city. Our highlight: enjoy the sunset on the city wall. There were also very good taverns nearby. We would love to come back :))

A perfect, peaceful stay — thank you for the beautiful memories! This place left a mark on my heart. You can see the sea from the bed, you fall asleep to the sound of waves. Clean, cozy apartments in a convenient location. The host is very hospitable and always ready to help. We were in the apricot season — it was something incredible! Staying in the "Sky" apartment will be unforgettable for us! We are delighted with the apartment, it met all our expectations and the hosts are very nice. The apartment was perfectly clean and prepared for our stay, we were very surprised by the kitchen equipment, which allows you to prepare everything you could dream of (there is even a coffee machine and capsules for it). In the apartment, we felt at home, thanks to the spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and a well-maintained common area, a high level of comfort is maintained. Just like the photos. The owners respond quickly and comprehensively to questions. Upon arrival, the hosts also took care of our comfort by asking about the course of our holiday. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the sea, the neighborhood is very friendly and there are shops, restaurants and everything you need nearby. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will gladly visit it again.

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

A dream accommodation in a very good location. The apartment is very clean with new amenities and tastefully decorated.
