It is a short walking distance to grocery store and Håland Industrial area. About 20 min walk to Bryne city center with all the amenities the city has to offer. It is a short drive to lovely Jær beaches and the opposite direction to hiking areas on the Høg-jær. It is about 30 minutes by car or train to Stavanger city center. It is also about a 20 min drive to the Royal Park.
