Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. We welcome you to our 50 m² apartment on the 6th floor with balcony, air conditioning and views of the Schloßberg in the Lend district. Free parking in the parking garage on the same street (approx. 100 meters away). Public parking around the house (free of charge on Saturday and Sunday, subject to a charge on weekdays). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 - 2 more people, a bathroom with a toilet and an equipped kitchen.

In the spacious apartment you will stay in a separate house and enjoy your vacation. We are happy to prepare a breakfast according to your wishes – from classic to hearty and traditional, almost exclusively from our own production! The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
