Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. Achtung das Badezimmer ist einen halben Stock tiefer und über Stufen zu erreichen. Der Garten kann auch benutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann auch der Seminarraum zusätzlich gebucht werden.
