The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski resort Zadov – Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that separates it from the surroundings and ensures privacy. Apartment Poplená is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 71 m2 for 5+1 people. Around the house, there is a large garden with a sauna. It is a 10-minute walk to the center with shops. There is also a pharmacy in the village.

Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Family Residence Žihobce - holiday home

The holiday house in Pošumaví is a modern furnished new building, ideal for families with children. Sušice is 12 km away, Kašperské Hory 13 km (Ski area). There is a sauna, an outdoor pool with a cover (safety sheet against falling), ski room, Wi-Fi, parking space, terrace, sandpit. There are three bedrooms in the house. One is furnished as a children's room, where children will find toys. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Families with children will appreciate the barrier around the fireplace and the door on the stairs.

Chata Zadov

Three-story cottage with three apartments, ideal for a comfortable stay with family or friends in the mountains. Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, which ensures maximum privacy and comfort. You will relax in the summer by the pool and in winter on the ski slope. The cottage is located only 900 meters from the Zadov ski slope and 250 meters from the restaurant Dobrá Chata, which makes it an ideal starting point for winter and summer activities. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Bohemian Forest

Chaloupka u Lízy

The cottage is nestled in the solitude of the Bohemian Forest, in a picturesque village near the enchanting Šumava region. The property is heated by a fireplace, air conditioning and, if necessary, electric heaters (the property does not have central heating!). There is a fenced garden with seating, a sauna with an outdoor shower, and an outdoor fireplace. IMPORTANT: the price does not include electricity consumption - 8 CZK/kWh - payment according to actual consumption at the end of the stay.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Quiet location in the Sumava region. Suitable for hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing or skiing. Nearby is the Šumava triple castle Velhartice, Kašperk and Rabí. In nearby Sušice there is a complete sports activity. For example, tennis courts, swimming, volleyball, rope park, inline trails, etc... It is also possible to navigate the Otava River. Or go to the nearby Šumava lakes - Prášilské jezero, Laka Černé and Čertovo. Everyone will find something for themselves here.
