It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski resort Zadov – Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that separates it from the surroundings and ensures privacy. Apartment Poplená is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 71 m2 for 5+1 people. Around the house, there is a large garden with a sauna. It is a 10-minute walk to the center with shops. There is also a pharmacy in the village.

The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

We offer accommodation in the apartment U Kola na Brčálníku in the cadastre of the village Hojsova Stráž. It is a fully equipped 2+kk apartment with a separate entrance of 56m2 with a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed with a quality mattress for year-round sleeping, a balcony overlooking the ridge of Královský Hvozd and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment also has a crib and a washing machine with a dryer. You can store your bikes, strollers or skis in the cellar. The apartment has one parking space.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Rent a cottage in the Bohemian Forest, two kilometers from the ski area Zadov.
