Tiny house vacation rentals in Klamath River

This cozy cottage is in such a peaceful and private area. So beautiful with a deer that was friendly, looking at us and not afraid. We saw the deer three time during our visit. Beautiful birds and hummingbirds drinking from jasmine. Also fun was curling up on the couch next to the gas fireplace when it was cold at night. It was wonderful.

Such a beautiful place right by the ocean! Walking distance to see the ocean right across the street! We arrived after dark and you could hear the waves and smell the ocean right outside the Airbnb which was lovely. The place is just as described and very clean. Would definitely stay here again! Also super close to the redwoods! I wanna say it was less than 20 minutes!

Peaceful, very clean, comfortable, beautiful property, well kept! I stayed here with my husband and two boys. Darrell & Joan always responded quickly and literally thought of everything with this property. Instructions were clear, check in was easy, and I can’t get over the cleanliness of the property as a whole, not just the Airbnb. My husband and I enjoyed sitting in the outside seating area and watching the stars. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s conveniently located near lots of hiking trails. If you’re outdoorsy, you won’t be disappointed 😊

The rental.was exactly what we were looking for. It felt like home and was close enough to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again! (Also, loved the outdoor fire pit and view)

This was a lovely stay for a girls weekend! The weather was gorgeous and we spent a fair amount of our time outside at the pool and the lawn looking out onto the river. There was a wedding at a location across the river so we got to have lovely background music while we chatted. Literally the PERFECT weekend for us!

Alison's cabin is a dream come true! So cozy and gorgeous! Great for Lassen Volcanic NP access and a peaceful getaway. We got to enjoy coffee on the porch during a rain storm, which was magical. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Tons of games too! Alison was very attentive and super sweet when communicating. 10/10 we would stay again!!

Gorgeous view. Felt private and quiet. Sauna was great. The place had a nice layout for a small cottage. It was perfect for our trip.

Wow! I’ve stayed at various AirBnBs and this one has honestly been one of my absolute favorites. The location, town, property, atrium, and hosts made it a perfect experience. We originally planned to only stay one night as we passed through town. We ended up extending our stay because we fell in love with the place. We felt like we were living in a fairy tale movie set. I’m already planning my next trip here!

Exactly what we needed. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Carl was close-by, responsive, and proactive, but not intrusive. Very quiet at night. Comfortable beds. Great sleep. Our grade schooler loved the loft bed. Couldn’t ask for a better host and accommodation. Top 3 experience.

Sweet, small space for a quick trip. Does have that classic Eureka/Humboldt county smell so if you're sensitive to mold- be aware. It's comfy, clean and beautiful gated garden space to enjoy from the serene deck. My 2 dogs were enclosed and enjoyed themselves but very limited floor space for them.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for our mini-moon! The scenery was fantastic, the accommodations were a Tolkein fan's dream, and the food was absolutely delicious - we enjoyed the shire-cuterie board we ordered, as well as all of the second breakfasts. Lael was also super responsive and attentive throughout our stay. As a bonus, we were able to visit Lassen Volcanic National Park without too long of a drive :) We hope to return in the future!

Great place with beautiful surroundings. You’re right on the farm but still 10 minutes from Ashland where we followed Kelly’s recommendation and had a great dinner at the Italian bistro. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Perfect amount of space for 2 people.

Fantastic quiet little cabin outside of town surrounded by beautiful scenery. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Definitely looking forward to staying again and highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay during the hottest days of the year, but we stayed cool and cozy inside the cottage. The bed is very comfy and the cottage was perfect for my husband and I. We were also lucky enough to see a wild turkey and her little flock of chicks wandering around the yard outside the cottage one morning. I couldn’t stop giggling and it really made our stay extra special. Thanks for the great stay!

I've visited many off-grid spaces and this one is in my top 10. It's newly built and created with amazing attention to detail. It's super clean and superbly maintained with amazing amenities for such a tiny-large space. I can't say enough good things. I visited on my own and will return, but certainly two could/should share the accommodations and outdoor luxuries for even more bliss. If your looking for an awesome view, no signs of humans, and a night sky that feels completely yours alone...this is your space too. I just have one request, I'd love to know the story of how you came up with the idea for the Tiny Groove House and finding the perfect spot.. Thank you for opening your vision up for myself and others to enjoy. ps. Would also recommend a Guest Book for people to share their thoughts on their time spent there. 💞🌄💞 I totally enjoyed my 4 frog pool buddies. 😉

Great base for visiting Redding, and it has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. I was very happy to extend my stay by a few nights.

The hobbit house was a dreamy place to stay. It was a peaceful, romantic spot for a trip with my husband, and it was right out of a fairytale. We would highly recommend it!

We loved staying here. It was exactly what we were looking for near our trip to see Redwood trees Pat was so helpful before we even arrived. She gave us a tour when we got to her Air BNB it was so charming & had everything we needed plus some It was very private & safe Enjoyed our stay greatly. 5 stars. Will definitely come back again

The studio was as described; we enjoyed the week we spent. The farm was active and it was great to see the preparation and planting. We enjoyed the soaking tub, sitting, relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Town was a quick ride and offered multiple choices of action cuisine. Anyone we ran into either on the farm or on adventures we encountered lovely people.

Place was was a very nice and tidy studio like space. Just what we needed for the night. The chickens were very welcoming and entertaining. The hosts we had contact with were friendly and accommodating.

Such a great place for a weekend getaway, quiet and serene. The cabin was cute with all listed amenities. Perfect for a couple’s retreat. Lots of restaurants nearby.. highly recommend using the fire pit at night..

We had a fantastic stay. Close to where our friends had their wedding, beautiful place, very clean, great value. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Anna was VERY responsive and helpful with any questions that came up during our stay. It was a wonderful private and relaxing visit during our time visiting Lassen Volcanic Park. We particularly enjoyed the amount of cooking equipment in the kitchen, the privacy and the hot tub in the back. Thank you Anna!
